Research On Shaoguan Tobacco Leaf Warehouse Project Schedule Management Based On Critical Chain

With the development of society,the theory and method of project management are constantly innovating and improving.How to ensure the quality,safety,and investment,and finish the project as soon as possible,is the pursuit of each project manager.The research on project schedule management methods in our country and abroad,analyzes the way of traditional project schedule management Gantt chart,and on this basis,further introduces the critical chain technology based on theory of constraints,expounds the main idea and implementation steps of the critical chain technology,compared to the critical chain project schedule management with the analysis of its advantages.The paper believes that,based on the critical chain theory of constraints resource constraints into account,and consider the logical relationship between the tasks of the project,to meet the demand of the modern society on the progress of the project management tools and methods.This paper combines the specific situation of the project of Shaoguan tobacco leaf warehouse from Guangdong Tobacco Industry Co.Ltd.This paper analyzes the schedule of the project carefully,and points out the problems in the process management,such as the insufficiency of the system management,the insufficient resource constraints,the excessive security time,the lack of time buffer mechanism and the management mechanism.Through the Critical Chain Method,filtering safety reservation time,taking into account the resource constraints,re identify key routes,and effectively manage the progress of the project process.Through the optimization of schedule,the project is completed 177 days ahead of schedule,so we can use our own warehouse in advance,save about 45 million yuan rent out of the warehouseThe evaluation results of the implementation of the key chain method,the validity of the critical chain method in project management is proved by actual results,in order to other companies to use the key chain method provides theoretical and practical reference guide project management.
