China's steel industry has experienced development in recent decades and has made remarkable achievements.However,the problem of head bending in strip rolling is still a difficult problem faced by many steel enterprises.In addition,how to improve the quality of steel plates and reduce the cost will become more important in the face of severe overcapacity,double pressure of resources and environmental protection and other difficulties faced by steel enterprises at present.Plate is a widely used plate,which accounts for a high proportion of all steel products.Head and tail warping of rolled pieces has a great impact on the production equipment,production efficiency and plate shape control of plate during rolling process.This paper analyzes the rolling process according to the head bending of the 4300 mm rolling mill in Shouqin,and on this basis adjusts the relevant control measures to control the head warping of the steel plate so as to improve the head warping,increase the yield of the steel plate and save the production cost,thus enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the medium and heavy plate market.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Deriving the bending curvature of the rolled piece under asymmetric rolling conditions.Studying the effects of temperature,reduction ratio,roll line height,roll offset,roll speed ratio,roll diameter ratio,friction coefficient,motor dynamics and gravity on the warpage of the steel plate head,and summarize the warpage of the head of the rolled piece.(2)Conduct field investigation and understanding field equipment,description of steel plate head warpage phenomenon.The practical application of various factors affecting the warpage of the steel plate during rolling process is analyzed and the main influencing factors are summarized.(3)According to the steel plate head warping theory combined with the field test,the slab temperature uniformity,the procedure allocation,the rolling line height,the SKI coefficient adjustment,to improve the warpage of the steel plate head.
