Nowadays,the petroleum chemical industry has increasingly impacted on human life.In order to use the limited resources more reasonably and effectively,and improve or overcome the shortcomings and defects of traditional industrial methods,the study of the chemical equipment needs to constantly combine with various emerging disciplines.Automatic control technology plays a more and more important role in modern society and industrial production.In the process of chemical production,a variety of complex equipment is used,which is often accompanied with the mechanism of nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics.What's more,it is difficult to use traditional methods of modeling and control to deal with such problems.This article takes the common chemical equipment-continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR)as an example,and designs the model based controller in light of system identification.CSTR has the advantages of low cost,good heat transfer ability and stability of products,in addition,it also has a typical nonlinear feature in modeling and control fields.In terms of the research on modeling of continuous stirred tank reactor,whether the research itself or the economic effect,it is of great value.It can not only improve the quality of the product,but also improve the stability of the system.It can also provide reference and experience for the study of modeling and control of other nonlinear chemical equipment.In this paper,a variety of methods are used to carry out a series of research on the control scheme of CSTR,and the feasibility and effectiveness of each method are validated by the corresponding computer simulations.The results show that the models replacing the controller design are reasonable in the face of complex CSTR,and can even be extended to the more general complex equipment.In conclusion,it is a feasible and effective solution,and the application is very flexible with certain research significance.
