The Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor(CSTR)is widely used in chemical production processes,and the exothermic reaction temperature is the most important process parameter in the CSTR.The control precision and dynamic quality are closely related to the quality of the reaction product and production safety.As the volume of the CSTR continues to increase,the nunmbcer of the dual-cooled CSTR is increasing.However,the existing temperature control schemes do not fully iexploit the control potential of jacket cooling system and coil cooling system.Thercefore,a temperature-cooled coordinated control strategy is designed for further improving product quality and production efficiency,it has important theoretical significance and industrial application value.This paper is aimed at the characteristics and complementary advantages of the jacket cooling system and coil cooling system in the CSTR,the coordinated control strategy for jacket and coil refrigerant flow based on the temperature dual control system is proposed.On the one hand,the control strategy utilizes:the excellent dynamic characteristics of the coil cooling system to quickly eliminate temperature deviation;on the other hand,according to the optimal distribution of the cooling load of the CSTR,when the temperature is quickly controled t.o the set value,the jacket cooling system with high cooling efficiency is used to take the main cooling load at steady state,thereby the consumption of refrigerant is reduced.For the coordinated control strategy,the main controller algorithm adopts fuzzy PID control algorithm,and the valve position controller algorithm adopts the human-simulated PTD algorithm.In addition,for the cooling margin and operating capacity redundancy of the temperature dual control system,the valve fault of the jacket cooling and the coil cooling are simulated respectively,and the fault tolerance of the system is analyzed by experiments.Finally,through the simulation experiments,it is verified that the control strategy of theFinally,through the simulation experiments,it is verified that the control strategy of the system have better control effects in both dynamic and static characteristics,so that the temperature quickly reaches the set value and runs smoothly,and has better performance in adjusting time,dynamic deviation and strong anti-interference.The system also has passive fault-tolerant characteristics for jacket cooling fault,which is of great significance to improve the safety of production process and reduce the risk of uncontrolled reaction.
