Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor(CSTR)is an important chemical production equipment,the reaction temperature is the equipment important control parameters.In the actual chemical production,CSTR temperature control quality directly affects the product quality and production safety,so the temperature control has been the attention of professional and technical personnel.This article mainly studies how to optimize the temperature control scheme of CSTR.In this paper,the temperature of CSTR is studied by using polypropylene as the research background.The traditional PID control is analyzed,and the dynamic characteristics of the system can only meet the requirements of polypropylene.In order to give full play to the control performance of CSTR,the cooling characteristics of the coil and jacket are analyzed,and the dynamic response of the coil is obtained.It can better meet the requirements of the polypropylene process,but it is not conducive to the economic effect.In order to make the temperature control system can take into account their respective advantages,which leads to double / valve position-cascade control program,this "double cooling" control ideas to effectively solve this problem,the coil and jacket two cooling devices Coordinated use.In this paper,the traditional PID control is compared with the double / valve position-cascade in dynamic performance and energy saving,and the superiority of the double / valve position-cascade control system is verified.In order to further improve the control performance,this paper introduces the fuzzy PID self-tuning control algorithm,instead of the PID algorithm of the main loop controller of the dual / valve position-cascade control system,which can make the improved control system have better control performance.The simulation results show that the fuzzy control algorithm is applied to the double /valve position-cascade control loop,which can greatly improve the control performance,reduce the overshoot,reduce the adjustment time,increase the reliability of the system,Provides theoretical and practical value.
