Research On Commercial Risk Management Of Jinzhou-Zhengzhou Product Oil Pipeline Project

With the economic and social development in our country,the management system of engineering project is becoming more scientific and standardized.And the influence of the safety and stability in the project construction process on the surrounding natural,social and cultural environment is crucial.In addition,its influence on whether the project can be completed and put into effect on schedule is also very important.Therefore,the importance of risk management in project construction is gradually known.On the basis of the identification,evaluation and control process of risk management,this paper systematically analyzes the management risk of Jinzhou-Zhengzhou product oil pipeline project.First of all,it analyzes the basic situation of the project from the actual situation of Jinzhou-Zhengzhou product oil pipeline project,laying a foundation for the project risk analysis;secondly,it systematically explains the related concepts and methods of project risk management theory from the project risk management theory,providing effective tools for the later management analysis;then with the combination of risk management theory,from the perspective of identification and evaluation,it analyzes the risk factors of Jinzhou-Zhengzhou product oil pipeline project in internal and external aspects;finally,with the combination of the theories and methods about risk response and control in project risk management theory,it puts forward reasonable countermeasures for the internal risk and external risk of Jinzhou-Zhengzhou product oil pipeline project.The study of the risk management of Jinzhou-Zhengzhou product oil pipeline project provides guidance for the risk management of the project and effectively controls the operation risks of the project,thus providing safe environment for the engineering construction.In addition,the study provides feasible solutions for the risk response and risk control of project management and provides reference for the risk management of relevant projects.
