Establishment Application Of Monitoring System About Naphthenic Base Crude Oil In Junggar Basin

It’s well known that naphthenic base crude oil is the precious resource to make lots of special processing lubricating oil and heavy-load bitumen,which reservoir is only 2.2% in all crude oil worldwide.China is the one of four main naphthenic base crude oil producing areas.And the Junggar Basin is the main field in China.The properties of napthenic base crude oil became worse as deeper development ongoing at north-west edge in Junggar Basin,which effect the refinery very much,such as unqualified products,benefit slide down rapidly,the pour point in lubricating oil became worse,the density and viscosity becoming larger,the total yield is reduced substantially,and the fluctuation on acid.For worse pour point,Characterization & Control techniques for low coagulation quality will be introduced in the paper that the pour point of whole crude oil will be instead by the pour point and solidified point of the given cuts,because of characterized exactly.The key mix ratio limitation(2%)that paraffinic crude oil can be mixed in naphthenic base oil will be confirmed.For heavier crude oil,after making a lot of assays,researching,we got to know that yield of the cuts with high value of heavier crude oil reduced substantially,such as transformer oil,refrigerator oil,rub oil,bright stock oil,etc.and the yield of the cuts with lower value increased,such as residue,coke,etc.As we know the heavier and worse crude oil makes the refinery benefit landslide rapidly.For higher acid number variety got from document investigation,survey and analytic demonstration to the acid number about the crude oil in Junggar Basin,the result shows in the article that the main reason why the variety from acid number are from the ultra heavy crude oil and the analytical error.The reasons for the exploitation measures are not main actor.And what makes the analytical error is got from the limitation of analytical method.For Karamay Petrochemical Co,the analysis method of acid number of crude oil needs to be unified to the international.And for the ultra high acid crude,a special analysis methord need to be developed.For the price of the utral heavy crude oil,after a lot of investigation and analysis have been made,the production distribution and the properties among the different heavy crude oil in Junger Basin have been comparred,in the article,the classification standard of heavy crude oil based on density instead of viscosity,which is easy to connect to the international trade dstandard.Depend on the density,the naphthenic base crude oil in Junggar Basin can be classified into,ordinary heavy crude oil,very heavy crude oil and ultra heavy crude oil,etc..Based on the international crude oil pricing mechanism,the price of ultra heavy crude oil could be cut down 10% orso to save the crude oil cost in Karamay Petrochemical Co.And finially,to control the properties of the naphthenic crude oil,to classify the crude oil,to confirm the price of the crude oil,all is based on the monistor system that has been introduced in the ariticle.
