Under the situation of energy crisis and environmental deterioration,the construction of green port has become an important development strategy of China's ports.Container terminal is the key node of waterway transportation.It's production and operation system is responsible for a large number of trade and transportation tasks,while emitting a large number of greenhouse gases and atmospheric pollutants,which is the main source of emissions generated by the terminal.Exploring effective energy saving and emission reduction strategies is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the operation of container terminals in China.At the same time,as a discrete random service system with multiple random factors,multiple coupling and multi-level queuing,the production and operation system of container terminals has huge potential for energy saving and emission reduction,and it is difficult to quantify the effect of energy saving and emission reduction strategy on the production and operation system of container terminals.Therefore,this paper considers the coupling effect inside the container terminal production and operation system,constructs the simulation experiment model of the container terminal production and operation system,proposes the quantitative method of greenhouse gas and air pollution emission of the container terminal production and operation system,and studies the effect of energy saving and emission reduction strategy quantitatively.Firstly,the operating process of the container terminal production operating system is analyzed.On this basis,the main emission sources and corresponding energy saving and emission reduction strategies in the operating system are summarized.Secondly,this paper put forward based on the theory of whole life cycle of discharge source facilities of quantitative method,based on the analysis of container terminal production system process,on the basis of container terminal production system logic model is set up,and from the resource set,the variable is set,the son model discussed several aspects in the process of the construction of the simulation model in detail in this paper.Finally,taking a container terminal in Algeria as the background,the simulation experiment scheme of each emission reduction strategy was designed with input parameters,and the emission reduction effect of each energy saving strategy under different emission reduction intensity was quantitatively analyzed.The research results can provide reference for the design and operation of container terminals considering energy saving and emission reduction.
