The Design And Realization Of The Business Process Management Platform For Chemical Enterprise

Nowadays,the use of information technology to realize management optimization has become an important means of more and more enterprises.In recent years,the construction of informationization has also made great progress in China.Companies in every industry can experience the "benefits" of information technology applications.The birth of the Internet enables us to put the scattered all over the world,and isolate together without contact information,form a all over the world within the scope of the supply chain.Electronic trading is widely used in goods and services.This not only significantly extend the breadth and scope of trade,but also can effectively shorten the trading of waiting time,and at the same time,lower transaction costs.Moreover,there is no denying the incomparable role of information technology in improving corporate productivity.Overall,however,information technology is still a long way from being used in our enterprises.In many domestic enterprises,for the application of the computer is not satisfactory,more independent,decentralized information system,most of them just use computer to print it,less user interaction,information query functions;The small scale of management information systems,which seem to "have their jobs",are responsible for the implementation of their respective functional areas.Functional independence,data fragmentation is not collaborative;The encoding of master data information in the enterprise is not standardized and uniform,and there are multiple data sources,and data is rarely Shared and updated.In order to change this situation,the informatization of the business process has become one of the most important direction of the informatization of enterprises.But in our country,the application of BPM is only staying on level of the using of technology.The most fundamental management pattern has not been changed.It is at a distence from forming the idea of BPM.These management of these left over from history has become the major obstacles of the develop of BPM.This article,which proceeds from the informatization of the enterprise business process management(BPM),elaborates on the development of BPM system,objectives,basic forms and the analysis method;And then,in company L as an example,research and analysis the low efficiency of business processing which is caused by the problems in the enterprise business process management such as the complex business process,too many process cross-platform interaction.According to the problems existing in the company,on the basis of sufficient demand research,analysis to improve the process by the basic method of process optimization.And put forward the overall informatization implementation plan which is the platform for examination and approval of the business process based on the Authine H3 BPM platform.Based on the implementation plan,a detailed design of the system is been performed.We also design,code,test and deploy the typical functions such as scrapping of the fixed assets,the salling of the fixed assets and implement the cross-platform information interaction of these processes.In this paper,the process management platform,which is cross-platform process management platform based on Authine H3 BPM across systems,implements the procedure of dealing with the underlying business application system in the company of the unified process.It greatly simplified the deployment of business systems and make it convenient to the processing of the business processes.It also improves the work efficiency and management level of the company.It has good refence value to the implementation of BPM systems in other enterprises.
