Construction Of FSSC Of LH Based On The Integration Of Business And Finance

The expansion of enterprise scale leads to the increase of operating costs and weakened control over the subsidiary companies,so that many enterprises began to build FSSC.In the financial field,FSSC is combined with the theory of integration of business and finance.And the principle of FSSC is integrates business and financial activities and handle all kinds of basic financial business according to standardized process,in order to reduce costs and improve efficiency for different companies to handle similar business.Because the processing process of the same financial activities is not identical in each subsidiary company of the enterprise and the FSSC can effectively reduce the human cost and improve the operational efficiency,so more and more enterprises establish FSSC.This paper takes LH Venture as the research object and designs the scheme of FSSC based on the theory of integration of business and finance.The concrete work of this paper is as follows.In the first place,this paper discusses the background and significance of this topic,summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of financial sharing and integration of industry and finance,elaborates research contents and methods and indicates the main innovations of this study.In the next place,it reviews the relevant basic concepts and basic theories.The theories provide theoretical support for the following research,which contain financial shared,the theory of integration of business and finance,economies of scale theory,flattening theory and resource allocation theory.After that,starting from the financial management situation of LH Venture,this paper analyzes the reasons,necessity and feasibility for the construction of FSSC.And then,combined with relevant theories,the scheme design of LH Venture’s FSSC is elaborated in detail,which specifically includes planning design,construction of information platform,re-engineering of major financial processes,safeguard measure and personnel transformation ideas.In the end,this paper analyzes the operation effect and deficiency of LH Venture’s FSSC,and puts forward suggestions for optimization.The combination of theoretical analysis and case study in this paper is helpful for LH Venture to accelerate the upgrading and transformation of its financial management mode,improve the level of financial management,maximize the benefits of the group and provide reference for other enterprises to build FSSC.
