In recent years,under the background of great health,the development of health products industry is changing with each passing day,and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to gain a place in the fierce industry competition,enterprises must enhance their comprehensive competitiveness,and the competition of comprehensive strength among enterprises is ultimately the competition of enterprise talents.Shuerkang Group,as a well-known health care products leading enterprise in the industry,its internal training system can not match the company’s development speed at all.Based on the principle of integrating theory with practice,this paper carries out research from the angle of optimizing the staff training system of Shuerkang Group,further analyses the defects and shortcomings in the current stage of work,explores the deep trigger mechanism,at the same time,based on the current situation of modern human resources development and staff training,and combines the relevant literature and research results,corresponding modifications are given.The measures are of great practical significance.This paper takes the optimization of Shuerkang Group’s staff training system as a case study,and fully combines with the group’s strategic planning to form a training optimization program.The purpose is to make the training effect further,and then improve the quality and efficiency of the work.From the point of view of optimization of staff training system,this paper firstly clarifies the overall optimization objectives and the primary tasks;secondly,it optimizes the demand,plan and object one by one in the operation system,optimizes the lecturer system through the internal and external lecturer’s optimal management,and in the course system design,through competency analysis,measures the enterprise.Finally,in terms of the guarantee of training optimization,in terms of funds,organizations and other aspects,it provides perfect implementation safeguard measures to ensure the overall improvement of the group’s future training level.This paper designs a new employee training mechanism for Shuerkang Group,which adapts to the current strategic layout of talent development.On the one hand,the training can achieve or even exceed expectations;on the other hand,the company’s talent strategy coordination and the realization of employee’s personal value should maintain a high degree of unity. |
