In the context of social sustainable development, the public pay more and more attention to the balance between environment and development, and at the same time, the government has issued a series of relevant policies to control greenhouse gas emissions.Based on the strategy of sustainable development, this paper takes into account the factors of carbon emission reduction on the basis of researching the optimal supply chain of fresh agricultural products.Besides,it is necessary to do a good job of low-carbon,win the trust and favorability of consumers, and then turn it into purchasing power of consumers and turn ecological benefits into economic benefits.Fresh agricultural products,as consumables, have higher requirements for freshness, which are prone to produce high losses during the circulation process. Therefore,The sustainable development of its supply chain is both a challenge and an opportunity for fresh enterprises.Firstly, this paper studies the development of the fresh food industry, including the traditional fresh industry and fresh e-commerce.it focuses on the problems encountered in the development of fresh electricity companies, including Company A.And then According to the characteristics of A company's supply chain, this paper designs and optimizes the supply chain studied in this paper.Secondly, taking fresh agricultural products as the main research object,a secondary supply chain is constructed, which includes a single supplier and a single retailer to sell a single product.First of all,a basic model of carbon-free constraint that considers carbon emission reduction efforts and preservation efforts is established. And the optimal decisions of supply chain wholesale price, retail price, the effort level of carbon emission reduction and freshness effort level under centralized and decentralized decision-making are respectively compared and analyzed. It turns out that in the centralized decision-making environment, the strategies of maintaining fresh and reducing carbon emissions of each member of the supply chain are superior to those of decentralized decision-making.That is because the information between nodes in the supply chain is opaque when making decentralized decisions. Moreover, all member just consider their own interests, which leads to "Double marginalization" in supply chain of fresh agricultural products. In the supply chain of fresh agricultural products, this paper coordinates the supply chain through the contract coordination mechanism of "cost-sharing and profit-sharing",with the purpose of addressing the imbalance in the distribution of profits among members at all levels.Suppliers sell fresh agricultural products to retailers at a production price, and at the same time, share a percentage of the costs of carbon emission reduction and pay fixed costs to suppliers. The results indicate that through the coordination of "cost-sharing profit-sharing" contract to the supply chain of fresh agricultural products, the income of each member has been improved effectively. Then,on the basis of the basic model without considering carbon constraints, carbon quota and trading policies are introduced to provide that carbon trading can be carried out in the market. And we study the influence of carbon limits and trading policies on the decision-making of each node of the supply chain. The results show that the carbon reduction level of suppliers, under the carbon quota and trading model,is significantly higher than that of the non-carbon constraint model.Retailers' freshness effort level and market demand will also be affected by the sensitivity coefficient of carbon emission reduction. And the carbon quota and trading model based on "costsharing profit sharing" contract is coordinated and optimized. Finally, according to the development situation and market situation of Company A,the results above are applied to the supply chain where Company A is located and the sensitivity analysis is carried out.It turns out that consumer low-carbon sensitivity and freshness sensitivity have a positive impact on suppliers' carbon reduction levels and retailers' freshness efforts. At the same time, the ratio of fixed cost and income sharing will also be affected by low carbon sensitivity and freshness sensitivity of consumers in the process of "cost-sharing and benefitsharing" coordination contract. Therefore, the government should set a reasonable carbon quota and trading price to encourage suppliers to reduce carbon emissions, which eventually promote the sustainable development of supply chain of fresh agricultural.
