Global warming, hazy weather and other climate change pose a serious threat to the economic development and production life of people in all countries,so countries around the world attach great importance to addressing climate change.China has actively put forward the strategic objectives of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, promoting corresponding emission reduction measures in various industries and focusing on the balance between ecological environment and economic development. In such an environment, consumers’ awareness of low carbon is becoming stronger and stronger. At the same time, the new crown epidemic has greatly stimulated the development of the fresh produce sector.Consumers value the fresh-keeping of fresh produce. However, the fresh-keeping handling of products involves refrigeration and other processes that require the release of large amounts of carbon dioxide. Therefore, this paper studies the impact of fresh product supply chain on participants’ decision-making strategies and profits, and which coordination contract can achieve the sustainable development of fresh agricultural product supply chain, considering the carbon emission and freshness of fresh products. This thesis considers the new characteristics of consumers’ low carbon awareness based on fresh produce fresh-keeping and proposes a hybrid coordination contract to complement existing research, and also provide a reference for realistic fresh produce supply chain participants’ decision making.Firstly, this thesis reviews the literature at home and abroad, including fresh agricultural products supply chain freshness, supply chain carbon emissions, supply chain coordination contract. The theoretical knowledge of fresh agricultural products supply chain and supply chain coordination is introduced in detail, which provides theoretical support for the model construction and solution of this paper.Secondly, the dual characteristics of consumers’ lowcarbon awareness and product freshness preference are introduced into the demand function, and a decentralized and centralized decision-making model composed of suppliers and retailers is constructed. The model is solved and compared through the reverse order solution method. Then,This paper introduces a new hybrid contract(cost sharing contract and consumption rebate contract)to further coordinate and optimize the supply chain of fresh agricultural products. Finally,Compare the supply chain performance under different modes, and analyze the sensitivity of cost sharing and consumption rebate contract parameters,fresh-keeping effort and carbon emission reduction investment cost coefficient of supplier,low-carbon awareness and fresh-keeping sensitivity coefficient of consumer. It is found in this paper that the effective coordination of supply chain can be realized when the contract parameters are in a certain range. In addition to retailer profit, carbon emission reduction rate, preservation effort, market demand, retail price and supplier profit all decrease with the increase of component sharing coefficient and increase with the increase of rebate coefficient. At the same time, the fresh-keeping effort, carbon emission reduction rate, and the overall profit of the supply chain are negatively correlated with the fresh-keeping effort and carbon emission reduction investment cost coefficient, and positively correlated with low-carbon awareness and preservation sensitivity coefficient of consumers. And the optimal value of each decision under centralized decision is higher than that under decentralized decision.
