Research On Green Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Based On Time-Space View

In the past few decades,China’s economic and social development has achieved historic achievements,but it has also suffered enormous costs in terms of resources and environment.Promoting people from simply paying attention to the economic benefits of enterprises to focusing on the coordinated development of economic,social and environmental benefits of enterprises,which provides an opportunity for green entrepreneurship practice.In particular,with the advent of the era of entrepreneurial economy,a number of new enterprises with green entrepreneurship as the strategic orientation emerged,and many incumbent enterprises have achieved “green transformation” through internal green entrepreneurship and created economic miracles.However,due to the characteristics of forward mobility,long-term cyclicality,policy dependence,and green risk-taking,the green entrepreneurial enterprises lack the support of upstream and downstream enterprises,related institutions and other supporting organizations,showing a state of single-handedness.Faced with the dilemma of "only flowering,no result,if the result,small fruit".In fact,green enterprises are not independent and are influenced by the environment and other individuals or organizations.At present,most researches on green entrepreneurship are from the microscopic point of view,research on green entrepreneurial connotation,green entrepreneurial influencing factors,green entrepreneurial orientation,green entrepreneurial performance,etc.Rarely study the relationship between green enterprises and regional environment and other organizations from the perspective of complex systems.Therefore,this paper make an intensive study of the green entrepreneurial ecosystem based Time-Space View.This paper tracks the theoretical research dynamics of green entrepreneurship theory,entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,time-space theory,symbiosis theory and strategic ecological management theory,etc.,and draws on advanced research ideas and methods.Define the connotation of green entrepreneurship ecosystem,analyzing the constituent factors,structure and characteristics of green entrepreneurial ecosystem.Using the relevant theories of time-space theory,life cycle theory,green entrepreneurship theory and entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,put forward the basic ideas of green entrepreneurial ecosystem research.Based on time and space The theory combines the space(S)perspective with the time(T)perspective to design a time-space model of the green entrepreneurial ecosystem with green entrepreneurship as the core.Using the theory of time and space,symbiosis theory,whole process management theory,and strategic ecological management theory,evolutionary analysis of the green entrepreneurial ecosystem,and design a symbiotic evolutionary model of green entrepreneurship ecosystem.Solve to get its equilibrium and stability conditions,usingPython matplotlib for simulation analysis.based on this,design the operation mode of the green entrepreneurial ecosystem,including the government-led model in the budding period,the platform-based model in the growth period,the networked model in the mature period,and the transition model in the recession period.From the perspective of time and space,following the principle of close coupling,efficient coordination,mutual benefit and symbiosis of the green entrepreneurial ecosystem and the dynamic combination of dynamic development,growth and maturity of the green entrepreneurial ecosystem.Using grounded theory,based on the survey data of green entrepreneurial ecosystems in six cities of Beijing,Shanghai,Hebei,Hangzhou,Guangzhou and Tianjin,the paper summarizes and extracts the evaluation indicators of the operational performance of green entrepreneurial ecosystems,and designs the evaluation index system for the operational effectiveness of green entrepreneurial ecosystems.Based on the above research,this paper analyzes the green entrepreneurial activities and operation mode of Zhongguancun Green Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.Follow the principles of economic development,social equity and environmental protection of green entrepreneurship,the rough set theory method is used to optimize the evaluation index system of green entrepreneurial ecosystem operation effect,and comprehensively evaluate the operational effect of the empirical green entrepreneurial ecosystem.According to the different development stages of the green entrepreneurial ecosystem,this paper focuses on optimizing the government policy guidance during the budding period,improving the development of the green entrepreneurship platform in the long-term,promoting the green entrepreneurial network operation in the mature period,and promoting the system transformation in the recession period,and propose a guarantee strategy to promote the construction and operation of the green entrepreneurial ecosystem.
