Fluorescence immunity analysis method is to use the fluorescence effect for the concentration of quantitative analysis,compared to traditional nephelometry method and colorimetric method fluorescence analysis more sensitive,higher fluorescence immunity analysis method detecting sampling is easy,fast,reagent card storage is convenient,need not be like chemical,biological and chemical luminescence are kept at low temperature.Fluorescence immunoassay technology development up to now,the domestic and foreign fluorescent immunoassay have many product models and types,but in the domestic market,more than 90% of the fluorescence immunoassay products are need manual operation,had single channel,at the same time,the instrument manufacturers ware lack of in-depth theoretical research of fluorescence immunity analysis method,lack of the key factors to affect the fluorescence immunoassay detection result practice exploration.Therefore,this paper mainly completes the following three aspects:1、This paper presents a new algorithms that calculate actual fluorescence signal on test lines.First detailed analysis the scanning process of inspire spot and the shortage of the traditional data processing algorithm,is put forward by computing the relative fluorescent signal as the actual fluorescent signal values.Verified by the experiment,compared with traditional data processing algorithms,the proposed data processing algorithm to calculate the concentration under test,and it correlation coefficient reaches 0.999.2、This paper proposes to strictly control the temperature of the immune chromatography reaction area,through the analysis of the influence of temperature on the antigen-antibody reaction kinetics mechanism,this paper proposes to build regional reaction temperature control,compared with other similar products on the market,this paper set up the automatic fluorescence immunoassay analyzer can reduce the number of times the influence of temperature on the test results,effectively improve the reliability of test results.3、In this paper,by building automatic system,achieve sample in and data out,simplifies the user operation steps,at the same time also reduces the effect of factors on test results.This automatic fluorescence immunoassay analyzer designed in this paper,the deviation is less than 1%,the coefficient of variation is less than 0.5%,the reaction zone temperature accuracy and volatility are not more than 0.1 ℃,and test results precision is less than 1%.
