In recent years,more and more people has paid attention to protecting environment.According to relevant regulations,the emission of Vanadium dust cleaning should be less than 20mg/m~3,and it is planned to be implemented in recent years.Facing the facts,the pressure about environmental protection of Vanadium enterprises is gradually increasing,and how to study more efficient Vanadium dust collector would be on the agenda.As a sub-subject of research on the control system of Vanadium bag-house in variable working conditions,it has certain significance to improve the working efficiency of the bag-house,prolong the life of the filter,reduce pollutant emissions and recover precious metal.According to the problems encountered in the production process of PG Group,and based on the experiences and achievements about dust cleaning system control at home and abroad.Under the conditions of that the bag-house's equipment parameter has been determined,by improving the degree of automation,reducing manual operation and optimizing the control parameters,to analyzing and reforming the two key issues about dust cleaning control and air flow adjustment control.The experimental line was upgraded from the original waste equipment.The PLC control system is Siemens S7-300 series,and the software and hardware control system is designed.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the air flow is adjusted by the“gain preset control”in the adaptive control theory.Because the target resistance value of the bag-house will be changed by the working conditions,so it could get the auxiliary variable that the state of the branch valve to preset the fan speed and the target resistance value.Secondly,the upper and lower resistance could be analyzed out from sampling the differential pressure meter in the bag-house,and finally the differential pressure control and air flow adjustment are combined to be a control model of Vanadium bag-house in variable working conditions.The result of this experiment shows that the"differential pressure-air flow preset control algorithm"could effectively improve the automation of the bag-house control system.After running in the experimental line,it has achieved a good result.
