Evaluating The Impact Of Safety Accidents On The Project Information Value Of Construction Enterprises

As a kind of resource,information plays a crucial role in the production and operation of construction enterprises and their future development.However,in the rapid development of information age,construction enterprises also face the huge negative impact caused by the loss of information of construction projects.When safety accidents cause information loss of construction enterprises,it is easy to cause information value to be damaged or unrealized,which will seriously affect the efficiency of construction companies.Therefore,how to evaluate the impact of the value of project information caused by safety accidents or the impact of losses on the benefits of construction companies is a matter of concern.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the impact of the value of the information of construction projects or the losses caused by safety accidents on the benefits of construction projects.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:First of all,the connotation of the value of information and information is discussed and the concepts and types of the losses of value of the project information are defined.Proposed three different types of project information value loss,namely losses of labor value of information,losses of exchange value of information and losses of utility value of information.Secondly,the reasons of project information value losses are analyzed from both the direct and indirect perspectives.Based on the path of information value realization,this paper focuses on the generation process of information value loss of engineering projects in different stages.Thirdly,Learning from other resesrchers on the value of information,information economic benefit,informatization economic benefit and information system economic benefit research findings,a four-level evaluation index system of information value loss of construction safety accident engineering project is put forward,The index system of quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators proposed a evaluation criteria.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of the current domestic and international information value and information economic evaluation methods,mainly economic model methods,operations research methods,other mathematical methods and portfolio model methods.On this basis,according to the characteristics of the evaluation index of losses of project information value,this paper puts forward the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of information value loss evaluation.Then using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the value of the project caused by the accident caused by the loss of the value of the case evaluation to verify the feasibility of the evaluation method.
