Risk identification and management of coal security is not only important in coal safety production,but also the key factor for the transformation from passive protection to negative management in safety production.To enhance the ability to control safety production and event prevention,implementsafetymeasuresand realize institutionalization,normalization and scientification of safety production,we identify and evaluate risks,make sure safety risk control,make control measures for main positions and production process of coal mine to enhance the whole safety monitor and management.Based on the basic conditions and other relevant data of Shenmu Hongliulin Mining Co..Ltd.of Shaanxi Coal Group,and on the basis of relevant national and local safety production policies,policies,regulations and technical standards,and in accordance with scientific methods and procedures,this paper adopts reliable,advanced and applicable evaluation methods and techniques.Starting from the actual economic and technical conditions,this paper makes a scientific and factual analysis and evaluation of each link of coal mine safety production to ensure the scientificity,correctness of the evaluation conclusion and the rationality,feasibility and reliability of the control measures to the greatest extent.This paper identifies the risk sources of coal mining enterprises by means of expert investigaticon,evaluates the risk degree of each risk source by means of network stratification method.and formulates corresponding control measures according to the actual situation of coal mining enterprises,so as to bring up intrinsically safe managers and working personnel,equip intrinsically safe mine equipment and create intrinsically safe environment.Innovating the safety management mode to realize the intrinsic safety of management,and ultimately realizing the goal of personnel error-free,equipment fault-free,system defect-free and management loophole-free.Through the research results of this paper,an effective way of paper,an effective way of coal mine safety risk identification and control is explored,which provides a reference for other coal mine enterprises and industry safety management.
