| Bio-natural gas is a kind of biomass gas produced by biogas through clarification and purification process.It has good safety performance and high unit calorific value and is a relatively high-quality renewable energy source.With the nation’s support for the construction of bio-natural gas projects,China’s bio-natural gas industry is rapidly developing.However,at present,domestic standards specifically formulated for bio-natural gas are in short supply,and a complete system of bio-natural gas industry standards has not been formed.Existing standards cannot meet the development needs of the bio-natural gas industry.In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the bio-natural gas industry,it is urgent to carry out research work on the construction of a standard system for the bio-natural gas industry.This article analyzes the requirements of the bio-natural gas industry for standards from three aspects.Firstly,through the analysis of the composition of the bio-natural gas industry,the standard requirements for each aspect of the bio-natural gas industry have been clarified.Secondly,through the investigations of bio-natural gas projects in Chifeng,Minhe,Anping and Linzhang,we have summarized the requirements for standards in the actual project construction and operation.Thirdly,through the analysis and comparison of existing standards of domestic and international bio-natural gas,the key directions for the study of domestic bio-natural gas standards are proposed.The analysis results show that China’s biogas industry standard requirements mainly focus on the aspects of the collection,transportation and pretreatment of the raw material,the design and operation management of the engineering,the process of anaerobic digestion,clarification and purification,and the product quality requirements.Based on the standardized system engineering theory and combining the characteristics of China’s bio-natural gas industry,this paper constructs a bio-natural gas standard system framework that includes level dimension,process dimension and object dimension,and on this basis forms the professional structure map of the bio-natural gas standard system.The structure map focuses on the biogas projects and the clarification and purification projects,highlighting the establishment of industrial system and the commercialization of products.Refer to GB/T 13016-2009 "Principles and Requirements for the Preparation of Standard System Tables" to compile a detailed list of bio-natural gas standard system.The detailed list of bio-natural gas standards is divided into three levels: industry basic standards,industry common standards,and industry-specific standards,including terminology and drafting standards,design standards,technical standards,acceptance standards,test methods,product standards,and management standards.There are a total of 51 standards in the detailed list of bio-natural gas standards,of which 3 are current standards,4 are standard draft,and 44 are to be compiled.Based on the research on the standards of bio-natural gas products,the author took part in the formulation of “Bio-Natural Gas Product Quality” and “Integration of Biogas to Natural Gas Pipeline after Purification”.Among them,“Bio-Natural Gas Product Quality” mainly regulates the bio-natural gas technical requirements,test methods and testing rules.“Integration of Biogas to Natural Gas Pipeline after Purification” mainly regulates the technical requirements for the transmission,distribution,utilization,safety,and environmental protection of the purification of biogas and the integration of bio-natural gas to the natural gas pipelines.The formulation of the two standards will be beneficial to promote the commercialization of the bio-natural gas and promote the sound and sustainable development of the bio-natural gas industry. |
