Hangers are essential household items for every household.They should be used after washing clothes.When clothes hangers are used to dry clothes,they are found to slide off,especially when it is windy,so imagine the traditional hangers.Based on the design,an anti-slip mechanism is added,and the purpose of attaching the clothes to the hanger is not easy to slip off.In order to be able to produce this new type of structure hangers,viewed a large number of reference books.This article mainly discusses how to control the warpage of the hanger,through the preliminary design of the mold structure,using CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)to analyze the feasibility of the structure,optimize the CAE analysis program,guide the optimization of the mold structure design,and then Combine molding parameters to achieve the desired goals and produce qualified hangers.The results of the study are as follows:(1)preliminary mold design(first draft)A mold structure,a casting system,a cooling system,and the like are designed to form a preliminary mold forming scheme.(2)CAE original analysisThe filling conditions of the hangers during the injection molding process were predicted,and the pressure distribution,temperature distribution,volumetric shrinkage and warping deformation of the cavity were calculated and analyzed.(3)according to the original analysis results of the optimization of the analysis programAccording to the original simulation analysis results,the original analysis scheme was optimized,and the cooling system design scheme and molding process parameters were optimized so that the warpage of the product was controlled within a reasonable range.(4)according to the optimized analysis results to guide the optimization of mold forming structureAccording to the analysis and optimization of the final program to guide the optimization of the mold structure design,the mold forming structure design is more reasonable.(5)according to the optimized mold forming structure combined with moldingparameters to get qualified hangersAccording to the optimized mold design and manufacturing to complete the manufacture of the mold,combined with adjusting the molding equipment process parameters to obtain a qualified hanger.Research shows that the use of CAE technology to optimize the traditional mold design program,guide the optimization of mold structure design,can obtain higher product quality,improve design and development efficiency,is an effective method,has important practical significance and high Value.
