There is a complicated,various composition and huge production in oily sludge.Surrounding atmosphere,soil and water could be polluted if oily sludge discharged without any treatment.People are increasingly concerned in oily sludge disposal with the increasing environmental protection consciousness and strict regulations.Oily sludge must be handled to make sure its oil content,pH value and water content in a standard before emission.Some kinds of enzymes can be used to catalyze and degrade some organics and polymers in oily sludge to promote the separation of oil,water and soil.We used Jilin oilfield oily sludge as example,studied effect of 5 kinds of enzymes using in oily sludge.The effect of oil separation is analyzed by measuring the result of chemical oxygen demand from oily sludge leaching solution and the change of oil content.A01 enzyme and B02 enzyme are chosen from 5 kinds of enzymes which can be used in oily sludge oil separation.The filtration of oily sludge is gotten by measuring the capillary suction time to reflect two enzymes’ ability of demulsification.We studied the influence rule that different temperature,pH value of oily sludge,water content and dosage of enzyme how to influence the oil separation.Finally,it can be concluded that A01 enzyme have a good oil separation effect on Jilin oily sludge after 2 days on condition of pH value of 6,40℃ heating 4 hours,adding the equal oily sludge quality of water.Dosage of A-01 enzyme is 0.2% of oily sludge quality.The oil content of Jilin oilfield oily sludge drop below 1%.We analyze the mechanism of oily sludge oil separation by using enzyme and limitation of using enzyme in oily sludge.
