Research On Sino-Kazakhstan Oil Industry Cooperation Countermeasures Under The "One Belt And One Road" Initiative

China’s initiative of the "One Belt and One Road" has brought many opportunities for development to countries along Central Asia.The Central Asian countries and Kazakhstan as a resource-rich country will give China and Kazakhstan more opportunities for oil development.Not only can it improve the limitations of China’s oil imports,but it also improves the limitations of Kazakhstan’s oil exports,which is of great significance to both countries.The main purpose of this paper is to strengthen cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in the oil industry in the context of the"Belt and Road Initiative." First of all,the paper analyzes the history of oil cooperation between China and Kazakhstan and the process of oil cooperation.Then it analyzes the factors that promote and impede the cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in petroleum in the context of the "One Belt and One Road" initiative.Against the backdrop of the new situation,China and Kazakhstan have strengthened their suggestions on the rationality of the oil issue.The oil cooperation between China and Kazakhstan has a very good resource base,infrastructure,crude oil trade base,and investment in oil between China and Kazakhstan.The oil cooperation between China and Kazakhstan has gradually deepened from the simple exchanges.The strategic and friendly cooperation partners have laid the foundation for the oil cooperation between China and Kazakhstan under a new background.The favorable factors between China and Kazakhstan in the new context are far greater than the unfavorable factors.It can be seen that the oil cooperation between China and Kazakhstan has broad prospects.From the perspective of the state and the enterprise,some reasonable suggestions were made.
