| In 2013,President Xi Jinping submitted the Belt and Road Initiative,which started opening up to the outside world and kept up with a new nation-wide development trend.The Belt and Road Initiative is based on the development of the infrastructure construction,facing the issues of the fragile environment along the Belt and Road countries.It brings challenges and raises the higher environment standard under the construction of the Belt and Road initiative.So far,the sustainable development has been one of the most significant issues in the world.The construction of the Green Belt and Road conforms to this trend,and the Green development has been integrated into all aspects and the process of Policy Coordination,Facilities Connectivity,Unimpeded Trade,Financial Integration and People-to-People bond.This progress has achieved periodical results,as guaranteed by top-level design and institutionalized construction.Green Management is the consensus for cooperation,Green Economic cooperation by using the supply chain and financial system.And using the establishment of cooperation platforms to strengthen personnel exchanges.These achievements have enhanced China’s international status and international recognition of the Belt and Road initiative.There are still some problems,however,such as lacking an environmental management foundation,overseas investment risks and the stigmatization of the " China Environmental Threat Theory" in the process of cooperation.We need to actively take the advantages of institutional exchanges,coordinate economic development and environmental protection.We need promote low-carbon economic development.In addition,as a proponent of the construction of the Belt and Road,we should pay attention to the institutional advantages of China’s ecological civilization construction,promote a new model of Green transformation and development,and contribute to the construction of the world ecological civilization by Chinese plans. |
