Polyurethane material is a new type of polymer material which has important applications in many fields such as construction engineering,cold chain insulation,paint binder and so on.With the rapid growth of automotive,household appliances and construction products in China,the demand for polyurethane products is also increasing.SD Company is a polyurethane material production company founded in Dalian in 1999.The company has formed a one-stop industrial chain system in the production,sale and research of polyurethane,and has a strong competitiveness in the polyurethane product industry.With the continuous development of the polyurethane market,the environment of industrial development and related policies have also changed,the market competition has intensified,the phenomenon of oversupply appears,and the industry profit level continues to decline,resulting in SD company facing certain pressure on the sales of polyurethane products.For the long-term development of SD company,the establishment and management of sales team is the key to improve market performance and expand market share.Based on this background,this paper mainly studies the management of sales team of SD company.Firstly,this paper analyses the current situation of SD company’s sales team construction and management,introduces its general situation of development and the composition and management of its sales team,combs the problems existing in the current management of the company’s sales team,and understands that the main problems existing in SD company are unreasonable organizational structure,inadequate professional recruitment mechanism,unreasonable salary system design and performance.The evaluation scheme is unscientific,there are customer churn problems,lack of effective training mechanism and so on.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions,including scientific adjustment of organizational structure,improvement of team recruitment,optimization of enterprise salary system,improvement of team performance appraisal,implementation of information management of customer resources,improvement of sales personnel training mechanism,and so on.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of sales team management optimization from four aspects of organization,system,management and culture.This paper hopes that the relevant management suggestions can play a certain role in promoting the management of SD company’s sales team.
