| In recent years,China’s private economy has grown from small to large,from weak to strong,and has made important contributions to promoting economic development and maintaining social harmony and stability.Vigorously cultivating private technology enterprises is a requirement for promoting the revitalization and development of old industrial bases.Although the Northeast old industrial base has continuously adjusted its industrial structure,the development of private technology enterprises remains a significant weak link compared to developed cities.Private enterprises in the Northeast,especially private technology enterprises,face various development issues,such as lack of market competitiveness,lack of leading technology,and lack of strong business performance.How to make private technology enterprises play a unique role in the new stage and new pattern,how to make them continuously strong and resilient,and how to address structural weaknesses are essential issues to be answered.Currently,the development of the healthcare industry in China faces a rare opportunity.The Party’s 20 th National Congress made systematic arrangements to promote the construction of a healthy China.Jilin Province has issued a series of documents to accelerate the high-quality development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry and to build a strong province in the pharmaceutical industry.Changchun City regards the pharmaceutical industry as a strategic emerging industry and provides strong support in various aspects such as land,funding,projects,talents,achievement transformation,external cooperation platform construction,medical machinery research and development,new drugs and generic drugs,etc.The city has set a target for the pharmaceutical industry to reach hundreds of billions of yuan during the 14 th Five-year Plan period.FS Company is a landmark private technology company in Jilin Province,a hidden champion in the segmented industry.After nearly 20 years of development,it has become the largest producer and distributor of dialysis powder in the Northeast region,and is a national high-tech enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.The company’s main product dialysis powder is a technological achievement that embodies high-value intellectual property rights.In 2019,it was awarded the honorary title of Famous Brand Product in Jilin Province,and currently has a market share of nearly 10% nationwide and over 60% in the Northeast region.The company has a total of40 scientific and technological personnel,exceeding 30% of the total number of employees.It owns 47 proprietary intellectual property rights,including 2 invention patents and 39 utility model patents.Multiple achievements have received support from the Jilin Provincial Department of Science and Technology’s health priority programs.In recent years,the company has increased its efforts on technological innovation,and the research and development investment accounts for more than 6% of its operating income.However,some management team issues are also gradually exposed,such as weak execution force,insufficient innovation capacity,inadequate market development capabilities,etc.After in-depth research,it was found that problems in the management team’s incentives contribute to the causes of the issues.This paper starts from the perspective of organization and human resources management,taking the management team of FS Company as the research object,and guided by motivation theory,analyzes,summarizes,and sorts out the existing problems in the management team’s incentive work thoroughly.Combined with the company’s actual situation,designing a targeted and operable strategy,in order to continuously improving the organizational and cohesive power of the management team,and thereby improving the company’s management level and profit-making ability.This work has a significant guiding for further improving the company’s governance structure,enhancing its competitiveness,and enterprise value.Meanwhile,the case analysis can reflect some common characteristics of other private technology companies in the Northeast,summarizes FS Company’s replicable and promotable experiences,and provides a reference for vigorously developing private enterprises in the Northeast and improving the incentive system of technology manufacturing enterprises. |
