With the rapid growth of the Internet,Industry 4.0 emerged as the times require and has become the main manufacturing mode of manufacturing in the 21st century.The Manufacturing Execution System(MES)of the digital workshop is the basic technical means for the factory to implement the Industry 4.0 strategy and realize the independent production of the workshop.On the basis of analyzing the defect of traditional injection molding workshop,this paper proposes a mobile terminal MES system design and realizes the mobile terminal development of the MES manufacturing system,the work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,through the system function requirement analysis and system requirement use case diagram analysis,the functional modules of the system and the operation authority of different modules are summarized,and the J2EE development tools are determined.The SSM framework is used as the back-end framework and Apache Shiro is used as the security framework,Comprehensive use of various plugins,choose the B/S architecture mode to build the initial framework of the MES system.Secondly,according to the needs of enterprises,use SQLServer2014 to build the required database,realize the system access to the database through ADO technology,and design the system table and the relationship between the tables.Most of the system's interface uses the Echarts icon plugin to make data display more intuitive.Drawing timing diagrams with Visio to illustrate the request process of background data and foreground page,and the usage and function of different interfaces are explained in detail.Finally,the relevant functional modules of the mobile MES system for the injection molding workshop are designed and developed in the Windows 10 system.The system includes system security,user authority,order management,human monitoring,material monitoring,equipment monitoring,intelligent analysis and other functional modules,and the feasibility and security of the system are proved by testing.The characteristic of the system is that the intelligent analysis module can realize the work order qualification rate analysis,the equipment failure number analysis,the barrel temperature abnormality analysis;the dispatching module uses the priority algorithm to realize the order scheduling and display the row by drawing the Gantt chart.Production results.In general,it promotes the independent production level of the injection molding workshop.
