Nowadays,the exploitation of offshore oilfields in China has entered the oil exploitation stage with complex reservoirs,low permeability,complex fault blocks and high water content.In the exploitation of multi-layered oilfields,the unbalanced pressure in each reservoir and the prominent contradiction between layers make the exploitation more difficult.At present,domestic oil recovery technology related experimental research is less,and related equipment is also relatively scarce.In order to test the influence of oil flux result from reservoir pressure variation during oil production,we have carried out field simulation experiments of downhole tool string by analyzing the production process and downhole production environment of offshore oilfield,and designed a fluid testing apparatus.The system includes oil supply system,pressure regulating system,simulated wellbore,test tool string and other modules.It is required to realize real-time production oil separation and experimental parameter acquisition of the oil inlet branch of each reservoir in the wellbore,and to compile the supporting software.The closed-loop control system developed in this experiment is to optimize the production continuously by using the test parameters feedback from the pressure sensors installed in the wellbore.By adjusting the pressure control valve,the constant pressure oil supply to the wellbore can be realized by each branch.The monitoring system has two concepts,one is using the pressure sensor,flow sensor and temperature sensor on the wellbore oil inlet branch to provide the test parameters for real-time acquisition and monitoring;the other one is according to the data collected by the host computer,real-time control of the executing mechanism to meet the requirements of the fluid testing device.This article mainly introduces the following parts:1.According to the analysis of the actual offshore drilling platform production process,we preliminarily determine the hydraulic system framework of the fluid testing device,then complete the scheme design of the fluid testing device according to the test design requirements.The parameter calculation and selection of measurement and control tools for simulated wellbore test device are also presented.2.Combining with the design scheme of the test device,the structure and hardware design of the electric control system are completed,and the hardware parameters of the electric control system are calculated and selected.3.Writing the software control program of the upper computer.The control system is developed with Kingview software as the upper computer.IPAM analog input module and analog output module are used as the lower computer to realize data communication.Finally,the experimental conclusion is obtained by studying and analyzing the flow rate curve of branch under different steady pressure conditions.The field experiment results show that the fluid testing device designed and installed in the field is stable and reliable in the experimental process,and it can realize the stable real-time control of the system hydraulic control components and the real-time acquisition of data parameters,and meet the experimental objectives and requirements.
