With the energy consumption,pollution and other problems brought by traditional vehicles becoming increasingly serious,people pay more and more attention to new energy vehicles.New energy vehicles have gradually become the development trend of China and the world's automobile industry.Especially in China,with the strong support of government policies,new energy battery manufacturers,vehicle enterprises and consumers have gained huge benefits.In addition,the layout of large-scale automobile enterprises and the growing awareness of environmental protection of consumers have also led to the rapid expansion of China's new energy vehicle market.However,the rapid expansion of new energy vehicles is an opportunity as well as a challenge for China.As the power source of new energy vehicles,the power lithium battery is superior to the traditional lead-acid battery in raw material performance,environmental protection and long life,and is more environmentally friendly in manufacturing and use.However,once the battery is exhausted and in the state of scrap,how to deal with the waste power lithium battery has become a problem to be considered.Nowadays,most of the used batteries will be treated as waste directly,but if we choose to recycle,it will not only bring economic benefits,but also reduce environmental pollution and resource reuse.This research takes the power lithium battery on the new energy vehicle as the research subject,from the production of power lithium battery to the loading of power lithium battery,to the sales of electric vehicle and the recycling of waste power lithium battery from consumers by relevant enterprises as a whole link,and constructs the recycling model of closed-loop supply chain of power lithium battery.First of all,according to the recycling channels,this study constructs three recycling models,namely industry alliance recycling,direct recycling of power lithium battery manufacturers and thirdparty recycling enterprises.In the recovery of industry alliance,the centralized decision-making or decentralized decision-making is selected according to different decision-making methods.In addition,the impact of government policies on recycling is also considered.Therefore,this study constructs 8 closed-loop supply chain recovery models for analysis.Secondly,combined with the specific data of the relevant industries of enterprises,the closed-loop supply chain recycling model of power lithium battery without government intervention is simulated.By using the model,using enterprise data and some indexes,we can find out how the overall closed-loop supply chain and the recovery profit of each part are under different models,and analyze and discuss various situations.It is found that the alliance recovery under the centralized decisionmaking may be the best choice for the total profits of the three enterprises in the whole closed-loop supply chain,but at this time,the profits of the power lithium battery manufacturing enterprises are too low,so if this mode is selected,the recovery enthusiasm of the enterprise may be greatly reduced,and the interests of the whole closed-loop supply chain will be damaged.If we choose the industry alliance recycling under the decentralized decision-making,the optimal profit of each enterprise is not low,but it may be difficult for the three enterprises to reach a consensus,because the optimal recycling price of each enterprise is far from each other,so it is difficult to achieve the intention of cooperation.Therefore,it may be a better choice to choose the third-party enterprises to participate in the closed-loop supply chain.Finally,according to the optimal recovery decision-making scheme obtained in the previous study,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to the power lithium battery production enterprises,electric vehicle production enterprises,electric vehicle 4S stores and third-party recovery enterprises involved,contributing a little to the development of China's power lithium battery closed-loop supply chain recovery.
