Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of Internet technology,the replacement rate of electronic products such as mobile phones,computers has been accelerated.The number of waste electronic products increased.In order to achieve the goals of environmental protection and resource utilization,the concept of closed-loop supply chain emerged.However,in the process of recycling,there are two practical problems.O ne is that the quality of waste products is the most important factor affecting the recycling price,but most previous studies ignored the quality of the waste products.The recycling prices were the same and this way has not been in line with the actual business needs.The second problem is that under the premise of the government’s encouragement and the gradual Internet recycling,there is a lack of systematic comparison and analysis of the hierarchical differential recycling.Therefore,in order to meet the actual needs,this article focused on the recycle pricing of the MC TM closed-loop supply chain.And,this paper took into account the difference of recycling quality of waste electronic products.At the same time,the electric business platform and government subsidies were also taken into account.Based on the closed-loop supply chain theory and the Steinkolberg game theory,under different assumptions and premises,this paper established he mathematical models of profit of each node and total profit of the system under first-level,two-level and three-level recovery.Then,the paper used the method such as backward induction to solve and analyze the problem from the two dimensions of decentralized decision and centralized decision.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper studied the situation that the recycling quality of waste products was not classified and the recycling price of all waste products was the same.Based on the situation,this paper established the node revenue model and the system total revenue model,and compared the recovery pricing strategy and node revenue under the centralized decision and decentralized decision.Under the guidance of mathematical model,combined with the analysis of numer ical examples,it was concluded that the node revenue and system total revenue under centralized decision were better than those under decentralized decision;Secondly,under the premise of single pricing,the model was optimized and the results of the two-stage recycling of waste products were discussed.The results showed that: the system income under centralized decision was still better than the Stankelberg equilibrium solution under decentralized decision.However,there was a wide gap between the node returns under the two deccision-making models,and a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism should be introduced;Lastly,on the basis of two-stage recycling,this paper transformed the linear function of recycling quantity into an arc function,and added an option of retreads to carry out the three-level recycling of waste products.The results showed that: The conversion of the recovery quantity function could make the node profit distribution approach equilibrium to a certain extent.Besides,this paper drew a conclusion that government subsidy was beneficial to promote recycling quantity and increase the income of the system.At this time,joint pricing decision should be adopted and reasonable profit distribution mechanism also should be introduced.The recycling of waste electronic products not only saves resources and protects the environment,but also brings higher economic benefits to participants in the closed-loop supply chain.This paper started from the actual recycling operatio n of waste electronic products and grasped the two major practical problems faced in the real business demand.Based on these,the mathematical models of the three cases were constructed respectively,and the systematic comparison and analysis were carried out.The research has a certain practical significance and application value,which can not only provide a certain reference for the pricing strategy of electronic product recycling supply chain,but also stand more close to the actual business needs. |
