For the continuous cleaning line of aluminum strip using extrusion passivation as Passivation method,extrusion passivation is the final process of the whole production line and is the key of the passivation coating of aluminum coil strip.For the thickness of laminating has a profound impact on the quality of the product,so the film thickness control of extrusion passivation is very important.According to the actual situation of continuous treatment technology of metallurgical sheet strip,the PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm of extrusion passivation film thickness are studied emphatically for the extrusion and dry passivation system of aluminum strip continuous cleaning line.Firstly,the continuous cleaning line of aluminum strip and the thickness system of extrusion passivation film are introduced,and the mathematical model of the film thickness system of extrusion passivation equipment is established.It includes the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and inverter,and the conversion coefficient of spiral lift.Secondly,the PID control system of extrusion passivation film thickness is designed.The appropriate PID controller coefficient value is obtained by MATLAB program to design the PID controller of the extrusion passivation film thickness system.Thirdly,a thick control system of extrusion passivation film based on fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed.Fuzzy PID control contains complete fuzzy control,the input variable is the difference between the given value and the real-time output value of the system,the membership function adopts Gaussian function,the output variable adopts the triangular function,the fuzzy control rule is summed up according to the general control experience,and the real-time output control of the fuzzy control part is the coefficient adjustment of the PID controller.The coefficient of PID controller corresponds to the corresponding adjustment amount,which is the system control amount of real-time output of fuzzy PID controller.Finally,the Simulink simulation model of extrusion passivation film thickness PID control system and the simulation model of extrusion passivation film thickness fuzzy PID control Simulink are set up,and the output results of two models are analyzed.The results show that both the PID control algorithm and the Fuzzy PID control algorithm can effectively control the film thickness of the extrusion passivation system,but the simulation results of the extrusion passivation film thickness system with fuzzy PID control are better than the PID control system,whether it is the interference suppression ability or the index of the unit step response of the non-jamming system.This shows that with the increasing process speed of the production line,the deficiency of the traditional PID film thickness control system is gradually highlighted,the fuzzy PID film thickness control is more efficient,and the effect of improving the yield is obvious.
