With the rapid development of China's livestock and poultry breeding industry,the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding to the atmospheric environment is becoming more and more serious.Although many scholars have researched and improved the malodorous gas removal process,there are still a single type of exhaust gas and high cost.And secondary pollution and other issues.Based on the composition and characteristics of the malodorous gas generated during livestock and poultry breeding,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the current treatment of these malodorous gas technologies,this paper proposes a comprehensive treatment of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide,VOCs and particulate matter in livestock and poultry breeding waste gas.A new bioprocess and an integrated bioprocessing device.This test is a pilot test.The malodorous exhaust gas emitted from,the pig house is used as the treatment object,and the optimal operating parameters of the process are explored by the response surface design test.Under the optimal operating conditions of the process,the removal effect of pollutants in the exhaust gas and circulating fluid was explored,and the mechanism was analyzed.At the same time,the biomes in different reactors were analyzed.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)This experiment adopts the BOX design method design test in the response surface analysis method,and adopts the 2-factor 3 level coding method to design,and establishes 29 sets of experiments as the data foundation of the prediction model,thus establishing the basis for processing.Three types of gases were created and three models were established and the ANOVA method was used to assess the accuracy and significance of the regression coefficients.(2)After screening the prediction model,the gas residence time is 8.25s,and the spray volume is 2.9L/min.The optimal operating parameters are taken.In order to facilitate the experimental operation,the optimal operating gas residence time is 8.5s.It is 3L/min.The removal rates of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and VOCs can theoretically reach 96.5%,94.2%and 71.2%.(3)Under the selected optimal process operating conditions,the removal efficiency of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide and VOCs reached 96.5%,98.4%and 83.0%respectively during the 10-month study period;(4)The ammonia absorption device and the ammonia treatment device work synergistically to not only purify the ammonia gas and particulate matter in the exhaust gas,but also remove the organic pollutant VOCs dissolved in the liquid phase,and the treatment efficiency of ammonia nitrogen,nitrous nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen is constant.Increase,the final total nitrogen concentration is reduced to less than 5mg/L,the total nitrogen removal rate reached more than 89%,to avoid the accumulation of total nitrogen in the circulating fluid.In addition,this test also achieved short-range denitrification and nitrification and denitrification to some extent;(5)The hydrogen sulfide absorption device and the hydrogen sulfide treatment device cooperate to realize the conversion of hydrogen sulfide to sulfur,the concentration of sulfur in the liquid phase reaches 1.4ug/L,and the concentration of sulfur in the hydrogen sulfide absorption device is constant.Increased trend.In addition,the ammonia absorption device not only absorbs ammonia gas,but also absorbs hydrogen sulfide and has the ability to convert it into elemental sulfur,and the hydrogen sulfide absorption device has stronger sulfur element conversion ability;(6)The deamination module and the desulfurization module work synergistically to further reduce the COD concentration in the circulating liquid to 5 mg/L,and the removal rate of COD reaches 90%,and cyclohexane,toluene,n-heptane,and 2 appear in the liquid phase.-Hexanone,diacetone alcohol,tetramethyl urea,p-xylene,tetramethylthiourea,etc.,firstly,the organic matter in the exhaust gas is indeed absorbed and converted into organic matter in the liquid phase,and secondly,there is no liquid phase.Volatile organic acids,alcohols,lipids and aldehydes,and biodegradable alkanes,aromatic hydrocarbons and ketones detected in circulating fluids,demonstrating volatile organic acids,alcohols,lipids and Organic matter such as aldehydes is degraded,and it is said that microorganisms in the whole system have a certain effect on the degradation of organic matter.(7)In the analysis of biome composition,the main bacterial species in the sample(more than 1%of the bacteria in the community)were found to be:Chlorobi,Gemmatimonadetes,Cyanobacteria,Saccharibacteria,Acidobacteria,Proteobacteria,Planctomycetes,Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,and Chloroflexi Wait.The emergence of these species explains the cause of the degradation of contaminants in the reactor.
