Analysis And Improvement Of Cast Pipe Quality Management In X Company

In the early 1990 s,China began to introduce the production process and equipment of ductile iron pipe from abroad.After more than 20 years of management improvement and technical equipment upgrading,the ductile iron pipe industry has developed rapidly.The comprehensive performance of the centrifugal ball milled cast iron pipe is close to that of the steel pipe,but its corrosion resistance is better than that of the steel pipe,so it is widely used in oil pipeline,metallurgy,chemical industry,urban water supply and drainage and many other fields.During the centrifugal forming process of ductile iron pipe,there will be internal quality problems such as pipe body inclusion,internal structure looseness,metallographic performance,etc.The common anticorrosive material of ductile iron pipe is cement mortar,and during the centrifugal forming process,there may be defects such as pockmarks,internal unevenness,internal cracks,etc.Which will affect the anticorrosive performance and service life of the pipe.Therefore,improving the internal and external quality of ductile iron pipes and reducing the scrap rate will help to improve customer satisfaction and brand building of the company.This paper takes X company as an example to analyze and improve the quality management of cast pipe products.This paper first summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge of quality management,and introduces the current situation and existing problems of product quality management in the cast pipe workshop of X company;secondly,it investigates and analyzes the four main quality indicators of cast pipe product in X company,including pipe weight,water pressure,size and lining qualification rate,from personnel management,equipment transformation,raw material management,process optimization,environmental improvement and measurement.Six aspects of quantitative management use fishbone diagram to analyze the main causes of the above quality problems;finally,design targeted improvement programs,and finally provide quality improvement measures from many aspects.
