| The rapid development of China’s economy has led to an increasing demand for steel.Coke is one of the essential raw materials for steelmaking,and its demand has also increased,resulting in the coking industry’s continuous increase in output.With the rapid growth of coke production,a series of problems have also arisen,such as low utilization of raw coal,poor coke quality,and high enterprise costs.As we all know,high-quality coke products are a stepping stone for coking enterprises to enter the market,and the only way for enterprises to develop from high-speed to high-quality development.Therefore,continuously improving product quality is the basic criterion for the development of all coking enterprises,and it is an important guarantee for enterprises to stand in the unbeaten forest of the market.Facing these problems,enterprises must continuously improve the quality management level of their products and establish advanced quality management systems.Under the modern manufacturing model,the environment of an enterprise is often in a process of constant change,and the current quality control generally lacks flexibility and is increasingly unable to meet the needs of enterprise quality management.As an important development enterprise of Lu’an Group,Lu’an Coking Co.,Ltd.,improving the quality of coke is one of the key concerns of the company.It is especially important to stabilize the quality of incoming coal and select the best coal blending ratio during the production of coke.In this paper,the following research is done with the background of improving coke quality and increasing production efficiency:First of all,according to the index requirements of qualified coke of Luan Coking Company,analyze the current status of the company’s coke quality management to understand the main reasons for the current fluctuations in coke quality.Then,starting from the aspects of raw materials to coal and coal preparation ratio,the problems in the production process of coke products of Lu’an Coking Co.,Ltd.were analyzed through causality diagram and other methods.Secondly,on the basis of finding the problem,we will formulate quality improvement measures from the aspects of raw coal quality,coke field management,coal blending indicators,staff and equipment.Through the PDCAcycle,the quality improvement measures are applied to the actual production of coke,and the defects found during the implementation of the improvement plan are adjusted in time.Finally,record and analyze the quality index of coke after the implementation of improvement measures,combined with the actual production,monitor the quality of coke products,the results show that the desired effect has been achieved.This article proposes the corresponding improvement plan for the coke product quality management of Lu’an Coking Company.One is to optimize the supply method and structure of raw coal,accurately grasp the internal demand,and form a purchasing advantage;the second is to optimize the coal blending structure,improve the process control,strengthen the sampling and patrol inspection;the third is to maintain up-down linkage,strengthen employee training,and improve quality awareness.This paper takes the current status of coke product quality management of Lu’an Coking Company as the research object,analyzes its existing problems,and proposes corresponding improvement plans and safeguard measures.The research has strong pertinence and also has certain reference and guiding significance. |
