Since the 20 th century,due to the ever-increasing amount of environmental pollution emissions leading to the frequent occurrence of smog,air problems have gradually entered everyone's vision and become a daily concern in people's livelihood issues.Among them,industrial dust accounts for the largest proportion of pollutants.In particular,the use of coal and oil has caused sufficient air pollution caused by relevant departments.Pulse jet filter dust collectors are widely used in dust control because of their relatively small footprint and large enough filtration area.However,the filter drum dust collector has the problem of inconsistent dust removal on the upper and lower parts,and there are phenomena such as large running resistance,easy damage of the filter material,and high energy consumption of the equipment.Aiming at the deficiency of the dust removal technology of the pulse bag dust removal system,this study designed and developed a cone-shaped lateral opening diffuser,which was installed in the pulse bag dust removal system.The influence of the diffuser taper,number of holes,installation position,etc.on the flow field of the pulse dust removal filter cartridge dust removal system was analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Based on Fluent16.0 computational fluid dynamics,the traditional filter dust collector without a diffuser and the filter dust collector with a lateral opening are sprayed at a spray pressure of 0.5MPa,a spray distance of 300 mm,and an installation height Under the condition of 60 mm,numerical calculation and experiment were carried out on its cleaning performance.The maximum deviation between the simulated data and the experimental data is 8.7%,and the mathematical model can be effectively applied to the pulse deashing research.(2)Research shows that when the side-opening diffuser is installed compared to the traditional non-diffuse diffuser,under the same pulse condition,the pressure on the upper side wall of the filter cartridge increases from 459 pa to 1380 pa,which greatly improves the cleaning effect of the upper part of the filter cartridge.At the same time,the pressure of the lower side wall is reduced from 3166 pa to 1264 pa,which effectively protects the impact damage to the filter material.Although the cleaning pressure in the middle of the filter cartridge is smaller than the peak pressure of the side wall without the diffuser,the minimum value is 883 pa,which is 47% greater than the minimum cleaning pressure.It can be seen that after installing the side-opening diffuser,the cleaning efficiency of the entire filter cartridge is effectively improved,and the cleaning flow field is more uniform.(3)In order to investigate the effect of different number of openings on the cleaning performance,it was found that when the number of openings is 4,the peak pressure of the side wall of each measuring point on the filter cartridge is the largest,and the pressure deviation is the smallest.Optimal;the simulation analysis of the cleaning performance of the lateral taper diffuser with different tapers.The average flow rate of the lateral taper diffuser with taper of 44 °,52 °,60 when entering the filter port during stable injection is 1.146 kg / s,1.434 kg / s,1.210 kg / s,when the 52 ° lateral opening diffuser is installed,the gas flow that can enter the filter cartridge is the largest.This also clearly explains from a microscopic perspective that when the lateral opening angle of the diffuser is 52 °,The maximum value of the side wall pressure is 1380 pa,the minimum value is 883 pa,and the variance is the smallest.The pressure peak at the measuring point 1 on the upper part of the filter cartridge is doubled,and the pressure peak at the measuring point 3 and 4 at the lower part of the filter cartridge is doubled.The cleaning effect is significant,and the variance is the smallest compared to the other two diffusers,that is,the uniformity of the cleaning on the side wall of the filter cartridge is better.(4)Using orthogonal analysis data,it is found that according to the analysis of variance table,the distance of the measuring point of the filter cartridge,that is,the position of the filter cartridge has the most significant influence on the side wall pressure,and the influence of the taper and the number of holes is second.The number of holes is a secondary factor that affects the peak pressure on the side wall of the filter cartridge.That is,it adopts the measuring point in the middle of the filter cartridge,the lateral opening of the diffuser has a cone angle of 52 °,the number of openings is 4,and the installation height of 60 mm has a good cleaning effect.Through the research in this paper,the effect of the lateral opening diffuser on the flow field of the pulse filter dust collector is comprehensively analyzed,and the degree to which different influencing factors affect the cleaning effect is explored.It is concluded that the sideopening diffuser can reduce the pressure peak of the lower side wall of the filter cartridge and increase the pressure peak of the upper part of the filter cartridge,which further solves the problem of unevenness in the cleaning of the short filter cartridge and improves the dust removal efficiency of the filter cartridge dust collector.It is of great significance to improve dust removal efficiency,economic benefits,operation and promotion of dust removal systems,meet the social requirements of "energy saving and consumption reduction",and carry out environmental protection and low-carbon life.
