Coffee roasting is an important part of the coffee finishing process.At present,the roasting machine is not highly intelligent.It requires the manual control of the roaster to complete the roasting of coffee.The roasting quality of coffee beans has a lot to do with the experience and technology of the roaster.Baking consistency is poor.At the same time,in the traditional baking process,there is a lack of effective human-machine interaction means and a key parameter information storage mechanism for baking,and the baker's management of information is decentralized and inefficient.In view of the above problems,this paper took the coffee roaster as the research object,and designed a set of intelligent coffee roasting system based on the Internet of Things technology.Using server storage technology,the coffee bean roasting temperature information and roasting parameter settings were saved to the cloud for unified management.At the same time,analyzing the influencing factors of the baking effect,and designed a baking strategy based on the control of the baking temperature.Developed an Android application to assist bakers in baking operations,enhanced the information management and baking control capabilities of bakers.This paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of traditional PID algorithms for temperature control.Based on the characteristics of temperature changes in coffee roasting,a PID temperature control scheme based on fuzzy theory is designed to achieve adaptive changes of PID parameters.The control amount was obtained through the PID control law and the quantization factor,so as to control the temperature change in the baking process.After testing,the fuzzy PID-based temperature control method had a good effect on the baking temperature adjustment,the amount of overshoot was small,the temperature change law was in line with the standard temperature change curve,and the consistency of the baking taste was guaranteed.Aimed at the problem of unstable communication such as data sticky packets in the local area network environment,this paper presented a set of communication protocols suitable for coffee roasters and clients,and designed a self-recovering method for frame sticky packet errors in the client.The communication framework enhanced the robustness of communication between the controller and the client.Finally,functional tests and application stress tests were performed on the data transmission and reception.The test results showed that this framework can effectively solve the sticky packet problem.The application resource consumption was small and the performance was excellent during a large amount of data communication.The communication framework basically met the design requirements.
