Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor(CSTR)is widely used in the chemical industry and is the most used chemical reaction device in the production of exothermic polymerization reactions.The reaction temperature is an important parameter to measure the stability and safety of the CSTR exothermic reaction,and it has a direct impact on the quality of the product.As the scale of production continues to expand and the production process becomes more complex,the number of CSTR equipped with jacket and coil cooling is also increasing.Therefore,the study of dual-cooling CSTR temperature control has important theoretical significance and industrial application value.Based on the dual-cooling CSTR temperature control objective,the static and dynamic characteristics of the heat transfer process of the jacket cooling system and the coil cooling system in the CSTR were analyzed in this dissertation,and the temperature control strategy of dual-cooling CSTR was adopted to control the temperature of the dual cooling CSTR reaction.The dynamic stability and steady-state economy of dual-cooling CSTR temperature control are significantly improved,and the economic indicators are optimized and the control performance of the system is improved while the rapid response is achieved.The fuzzy PID control algorithm based on particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the dual control strategy of dual-cooling CSTR temperature.The fuzzy PID controller's quantization factor and proportional factor are optimized by particle swarm optimization to realize the on-line tuning of system parameters and further improve the control performance of the system.Finally,based on the system's cooling allowance and operating capability redundancy,the temperature control system of dual-cooling CSTR has passive fault-tolerant ability to jacket cooling faults.The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the temperature control system of dual-cooling CSTR based on particle swarm optimization with fuzzy PID control has short adjustment time and small overshoot,which can better achieve high quality and high efficiency operation in the production process.It has important theoretical significance and industrial application value for improving temperature control precision and dynamic stability,preventing CSTR reaction temperature from running out of control and ensuring production safety.
