Based on the domestic and foreign advanced staff incentive theory and method,on the basis of a large number of investigation and research,combine the domestic current situation of the state-owned enterprises,using the double factors incentive theory to Hanzhong cigarette factories of grass-roots staff incentive system research,this paper is the grass-roots staff in state-owned enterprises and the definition of the concept of incentive system,this article adopts the incentive system of theory and method;Then,the basic situation,human resources and incentive system of Hanzhong cigarette factory were introduced,and the current situation of incentive system of grassroots employees was investigated by questionnaire,and the results of the survey were analyzed.Then,it analyzes the current situation of incentive system of grassroots employees in Hanzhong cigarette factory,and obtains the existing problems by combining with the questionnaire survey.Then from the two aspects of health factors and incentive factors,the reasons for the problems in the incentive system of grassroots employees in Hanzhong cigarette factory are obtained.Finally,the two-factor incentive theory is adopted to formulate specific incentive measures from two aspects of health factors and incentive factors,and the interaction and influence between health factors and incentive factors are explained.At home and abroad,this paper advanced the staff incentive theory method and the situation of human resources cigarette factories of Hanzhong city,on the basis of thorough investigation and analysis on the double factors incentive theory optimize the Hanzhong grass-roots staff management system of cigarette factories,for cigarette factories Hanzhong city human resources system and the improvement of the internal management system to provide powerful reference,making cigarette factories can healthy rapid development of Hanzhong city,as well as other domestic cigarette factories grass-roots staff incentive system can provide a reference for perfecting the train of thought.
