A company has strong strength in the domestic oil and gas industry.In recent years,with the rapid expansion of the company’s scale,the management and development of the workforce has exposed some problems: employee satisfaction has been greatly reduced,employee turnover rate has increased year by year,and employees lack work enthusiasm.Lead to low efficiency,service efficiency and service quality decline.In the context of the continued sluggish development of the oil and gas industry,market competition is fierce,service inefficiency and gradual decline in service quality seriously affect the company’s development.This paper chooses A company as the research object.Based on the two-factor theory,it analyzes and deeply studies the employee’s work performance from the aspects of health care factors and incentive factors,and adopts a combination of various survey methods to the employees of A company.The current status of incentives is investigated and analyzed.The problems of employee incentives are analyzed from the aspects of health care factors and incentive factors,and the factors that affect the satisfaction of employees in A enterprises are found out.The problems are analyzed and targeted solutions are proposed.Incentive optimization for employees of A company.By using innovative incentives to improve existing incentives and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and potential of employees,it is of great significance to improve the work efficiency and service quality of employees and ensure the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
