The tension of the steel wire rope is one of the main testing parameters affecting the safety production of the coal mine.Because the tension difference of the steel wire rope is too large and the l ifting load is too heavy,the lifting steel wire rope may creep,slip,or even cause damage to the steel wire rope,which seriously affects the safety of the mine lifting system.Therefore,in industrial sites,it is crucial to be able to monitor the tension value and tension imbalance of the wire rope in real time.The dynamic measurement method of steel wire rope lifting tension is mainly measured by the indirect method,which is divided into the hydraulic method and the tension/pressure conversion method.The measurement using the hydraulic sensor method will be affected by the characteristics of the tubing and the friction between the piston and the cylinder wall,which will lead to a reduction in measurement accuracy and The problem of hydraulic oil leakage;in the tension/pressure conversion method,the sensor has a certain height,which will cause the stroke of the cylinder piston to become shorter,and the adjustable rope length of the steel wire rope will become shorter.In order to achieve accurate,effective and convenient,measurement of the dynamic tension of the wire rope,the following four aspects are studied:(1)Aiming at the problem of tension imbalance in the process of mine hoisting,an online monitoring system for wire rope tension of multi-rope friction hoist based on wireless transmission was developed.According to the structural characteristics of the hoist and liner,a large range of pressure sensors are designed to determine the best installation location and wiring scheme.(2)The functional relationship between the tension of the wire rope and its pressure on the gasket and the pressure distribution curve of the gasket are studied.which provides a theoretical basis for the accurate measurement of the tension of the steel rope.(3)The signal control system was set up using wireless transmission technology;a visual monitoring system was developed based on LabVIEW software to display the wire rope tension changes in real time.(4)The prototype was produced for laboratory simulation and on-site industrial experiments.The structure shows that the monitoring system can monitor the tension balance of the wire rope in real time and improve the safety of the mine hoisting system.
