Gmge Analysis And Policy Research On Regional Environmental Pollution Control

Environmental pollution and its treatment are an important issue of common concern to all countries in the world.In recent years,environmental pollution incidents have occurred frequently in my country,and large-scale air pollution in large areas has been a major problem that has hindered the development of our society.Therefore,research on atmospheric pollution,especially smog,has become a hot topic.This paper summarizes and summarizes the literature on the use of game models and collaborative governance to study air pollution at home and abroad.On this basis,the most representative Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is selected as the research background,and the Beijing-Hebei government is used as the research background.For example,the evolutionary game model of asymmetrical government under the supervision of the central government has been constructed and optimized to change the previous "free rider”strategy tendency to achieve the strategic choice of cooperative governance;however,due to the weak policy research ability of the game model,This article introduces the concept of collaborative governance and studies how to break the administrative barriers between governments and let various elements flow spontaneously to achieve the goal of collaborative governance.Specifically,this article is based on the government’s benefits and costs in the process of air pollution control to establish their respective objective functions,comprehensively using the theory and methods of operations research and optimization to in-depth exploration of regional air pollution problems;finally,the numerical examples are analyzed The influence of decision variables and parameters on the objective function provides support for regional environmental pollution control and collaborative co-governance mechanisms and policy evaluation between governments.The research results of this paper show that:(1)As a leader in the game,Beijing’s production technology development level and production flexibility of capital investment play a vital role in the entire game process.When the Beijing government is given more autonomy,It is more conducive to promoting effective regional cooperation;(2)Under the same flexibility,without the central government participating in rewards,the effect of collaborative governance is better when the decision variables present a linear relationship;when the central government awards the Beijing government,The effect of collaborative governance is better when the decision variables present a non-linear relationship,so it can be given a certain reference significance for the specific formulation of the transfer payment amount during subsequent governance;(3)In the governance process,according to the strength of the production elasticity on the objective function,We should focus on capital investment for governance in the early stage,and streamline the organization to improve efficiency during the governance process.
