Shot blasting machine is widely used in various fields as a device for cleaning and strengthening casting surface.According to the different load-bearing structure of castings,shot blasting machines are divided into roller type,crawler type and hook type.As the application of shot blasting technology becomes more and more extensive,the industry has put forward higher requirements for shot blasting equipment.This project takes Shandong Kaitai Group as the cooperation platform and develops a set of remote intelligent control system for the KT-7100 series of hook type shot blasting machines.Compared with the current control method,this control system has the charac-teristics of high integration,low cost,simple and flexible operation and so on.This subject adopts the methods of demand analysis,data calculation,repair and improvement combined with on-site requirements,taking remote intelligent control as the main line,using the above design ideas to ensure that the control system can meet the theoretical requirements and can be adapted to the on-site environment and applied.This paper first describes the structure principle of shot blasting machine,the advantage of the control system designed in this subject.According to the specific requirements put forward by field engineers,complete the control system framework and function realization.Among them,the controller takes STM8 S 207 as the core control unit,completes the input and output control of the switching value,the shot blasting machine locks the alarm,and the automatic process control.The image recognition module with STM32F407 as the control core uses the improved Bernsen algorithm to process and recognize the state of the shot blasting machine,complete the state monitoring of the shot blasting machine,and realize the remote control of the shot blasting machine through the GPRS module.In the thesis,related work such as device selection,circuit design,program debugging,field test,etc.were completed.This subject is highly targeted.The solution proposed for the purpose of solving practical problems on the spot is compared with various control system solutions.The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The effect of the control system on the working efficiency of the shot blasting machine is summarized and detailed theoretical calculations are performed.,Has a certain reference value for future work research.At present,the control system has been completed on-site experimental tests to verify the system stability and anti-interference ability.Finally,the thesis summarizes the problems and solutions encountered in the design process of this topic,and proposes some areas that need to be improved and optimized.Through the research of this topic,the theoretical knowledge I have learned is fully applied to practice.
