Shot blasting machine is a kind of surface treatment equipment, projectiles is thrown through the shot blasting machine high speed rotating blade, hitting artifacts surface, to achieve cleaning the surface of metal or non-metal reinforced. Shot blasting mechanics can be done once the surface cleaning, blanking separation, the projectile recovery, purification, dust removal, compared with other surface cleaning equipment, it is not only convenient, efficient, but also the cost of clean up is low.At present, Shot blasting machine of the domestic, compared with foreign functional gap is smaller and smaller, but life of service is relatively short. Shot blasting machine as the core component of shot blasting mechanics, the spindle system theory research have not matured, in the aspect of system structure, vibration control still exist some problems, aiming at the existing problems of the system of shot blasting machine spindle in a company, combined with the company’s existing products, on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the development of shot blast cleaning equipment, the structure of shot blasting machine spindle system have improved and in-depth analysis of the simulation through the solidworks 3D modeling software and finite element analysis software ANSYS modern design tools, the main research contents are the following aspects:Firstly, combined with the working mechanism and structure characteristics of shot blasting machine, shot blasting machine was established based on 3D software solidworks model of the whole machine and virtual assembly; Aiming at the problems shot blasting machine in a company, shot blasting machine spindle system have been designed.Secondly, it is concluded that the axis of spindle sizes, though that the spindle structure design and calculation theory, new spindle entity model have been set up; the spindle model details characteristics have simplified, in the finite element analysis software spindle finite element model have been set up; According to the actual working state of the main shaft of the blasting load, on the basis of ANSYS workbench static structure analysis was carried out on the spindle, spindle in the working status of the equivalent stress and deformation.Thirdly, the spindle system of heat source distribution had been analysis, the calorific value of motor, bearing and heat transfer mechanism of spindle system had been studied; finite element analysis hot-structure coupling analysis was carried out on the main shaft system, displacement of main shaft system is obtained in the working status of the changes; the rationality of the structure is verified by the analysis results..Fourthly, modal analysis was carried out on the spindle, the spindle of the first six order natural frequency and vibration mode have been obtained, under the constraint condition, the results of the analysis is used to shot blasting machine spindle system causes of vibration analysis, put forward the measures to reduce vibration, and through the analysis to verify the rationality of the improving measures.
