Zizphus jujuba Mill cv.LingWuchangzao also known as "horse tooth date",belongs to the genus Rhamnaceae.In 1998,Lingwu long date was listed as a key promotion product for local farmers to increase income and agricultural efficiency by the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Edible fruit products are known as the king of "live vitamin pills" because they are rich in vitamin C and have high nutritional value.They are deeply loved by people and are good nourishing products.However,Lingwu long jujube is a typical respiration type fruit,with strong post-harvest respiration metabolism,fast loss of nutrients,easy shrinkage,and short fresh food period.The main findings are as follows:1.The effect of physiological regulators on the vegetative growth and yield of jujube trees in solar greenhouse.The physiological regulators Aizengmei and Stratkop were selected to be used in combination to study the effects of different concentrations of physiological regulators on the vegetative growth,reproductive growth and jujube quality of jujube trees.The best combination of physiological regulators was selected as:Aizengmei 3000+6000 times processing of Strathcop.The results showed that the length of jujube slings under the treatments of Aizome 1500 times+Sitekop 3000 times was 0.13 cm longer than that of the CK group,and the final average fruit number was 0.5 times more than that of the CK group.The good fruit rate of the fruits stored in the common 6000 times treatment was 64%higher than that of the control group.Therefore,it is determined that the treatment of Aizome 3000 times+Stekop 6000 times is the most suitable concentration for static storage of Lingwu long jujube before harvest.2.The effect of different field strengths on the storage and fresh-keeping quality of jujube fruits in Dagongpeng treated with optimal physiological regulators.To study the effect of preharvest intervention(preferred physiological regulator)combined with postharvest low temperature(0±0.5)? and different field strengths(0mv,50mv,100mv,150mv)on the nutritional growth and storage quality of jujube fruit.The results show that spraying optimal physiological regulators in pre-harvest treatments can promote the growth of jujube Xinshao and jujube hanging pumping,increase fruit setting rate and increase fruit shape index;under low temperature conditions,pre-harvest treatment combined with different field strength treatments It can effectively improve the storage quality of jujube fruits and prolong the storage period.Compared with 0mv,50mv and 100mv,the 150mv field strength treatment group has the best storage and preservation effect,and can significantly delay the soluble solids(TSS)in jujube fruits.Digestion,consumption of total acid(TA)and vitamin C(VC),delay the decrease of jujube fruit hardness,and prolong the preservation time of jujube fruit.3.The effect of low-temperature and low-pressure electrostatic field treatment on the storage quality and enzyme activity of field-grown jujube fruits treated with physiological regulators.After foliar spraying of optimal physiological regulators,the effect of storage and preservation of Lingwu long jujube fruit under field cultivation and planting mode was studied.The effects of preharvest treatment combined with postharvest low temperature 0 ? low voltage electrostatic field(2003 00mv)on storage quality and enzyme activity of Lingwu long jujube were analyzed.The research results show that the optimal pre-harvest physiological regulator combined with post-harvest low-temperature LVEF can effectively inhibit the reduction of fruit firmness and vitamin C(VC),the digestion of total acid(TA)and the consumption of total sugar,and increase the antioxidant capacity of the fruit during storage.Enzymes superoxide dismutase(SOd)and catalase(CAT)activities,reduce polygalacturonase(PG)and cellulase(CX)activities,reduce fruit malondialdehyde(MdA)content and Oxidative damage.The storage period of jujube fruit was extended to 7580 d,indicating that the optimal intervention of physiological regulators before harvest combined with postharvest low-temperature and low-pressure electrostatic field treatment can effectively extend the storage period of jujube fruit and improve the storage quality of jujube fruit.In summary,the physiological regulator Aizengmei 3000 times+Stratkop 6000 times,2/3 maturity;LEVF200 mv treatment can promote the vegetative growth of Lingwu long jujube trees and prolong the storage period.Among them,the field cultivated Jujube fruit has the longest storage time,which can reach 7580 d,which can be promoted and used in production.
