Zizphus jujube Mill cv.LingWu changzao is one of Ningxia's specialty fruits and Lingwu City's special products.In recent years,due to the pursuit of maximum benefits,focus on production but neglect quality,coupled with the short shelf life of fruit,in the storage period prone to Lingwu changzao quality deterioration,these have become a constraint on Ningxia Lingwu changzao industry difficulties.In this paper,Lingwu changzao as the research object,based on the pre-harvest application of selenium fertilizer to improve quality and the use of low-voltage electrostation field combined with Lingwu changzao storage preservation research.By measuring the reproductive growth and nutritional growth index of fruit trees and fruits after the application of selenium fertilizer,the concentration of selenium fertilizer suitable for production and use was analyzed and determined.And the harvested fruit using low-temperature low-voltage electrostation field for storage and preservation,through the quality changes in the storage process,analysis of the application of selenium fertilizer and low-voltage electrostation field on the storage preservation effect.It provides a new technical approach and theoretical basis for apple storage preservation in production practice.The results are as follows:1.The results show that the use of different concentrations of selenium fertilizer in the fruit growth spraying,leaf spray selenium fertilizer on plant growth has a certain impact.With the increase of selenium fertilizer concentration,it can promote the growth of fruit tree new shoot and increase the chlorophyll content in the leaves,but the concentration is too high to inhibit the growth of fruiting branch,equatorial diameter and fruit length.The application of selenium fertilizer can significantly increase the soluble solids and total sugar content of the fruit while reducing the total acid and Vc content.Therefore,selenium concentration should be controlled at 3 mg/L.2.The results show that selenium treatment can slow down the decline of Lingwu changzao Vc content during storage period,and at the same time can improve the activity of superoxide disambiase,reduce cellulase activity,and have a positive effect on Lingwu changzao storage preservation.Low-voltage electrostature field has obvious inhibition of pectinase and cellulase activity,can delay the arrival of respiratory peak in storage process,and has a significant inhibitory effect on the decline of TA and Vc.Therefore,selenium cultivation combined with low-voltage electrostation field can make the quality of Lingwu changzao after harvesting to play a significant delay.3.the results show that Lingwu changzao main volatile substances include ketones,alcohols,esters,aldehydes,ethers and olefins.Among them,1-sinol,diopylene and butyl can be used as characteristic flavor markers in Lingwu changzao storage period to judge the quality of Lingwu changzao,and the study found that the volatile substances of different selenium concentration Lingwu changzao were not significantly different from other treatment groups,but in the storage environment of cold storage environment,there were obvious differences with other treatment groups,indicating that the low-pressure electrostation field had a significant positive effect on Lingwu changzao storage preservation.
