At present,petrochemical enterprises basically use the distributed control system(DCS)for production control.In addition,a relatively intergrated information network system has been set up as a unit to collect and monitor most of the production data on the DCS.Such as manufacturing execution system(MES),enterprise resource planning system(ERP),automatic control rate and stability rate system.The use of these systems has improved the information management and production efficiency of the factory.However,the alarms and operating data on the DCS have not received sufficient attention from enterprise management personnel.And due to the lack of effectiveoptimization methods by production technicians,there are a large number of alarms and operations on the unit for a long time.Alarm operation event data in DCS system has been collected,analyzed and displayed.So that it can quickly locate the main control loop that affects the unit's automatic control rate and stability rate.This paper proposes a tuning method for level controller based on disturbance estimated.Through theoretical reasoning and simulation,it is proved that this method can quickly and effectively optimize the controller parameters and make the control loop run stably for a long period of time.For real control loops with too many alarms and operation times,this method is used to optimize the controller parameters to obtain good results,thereby reducing control loop alarms and operations,and improving the automatic control rate and stability rate of the device operation.First,the DCS alarm operation event data collection platform is designed and implemented,which can collect data from different types of DCS and store it uniformly.It mainly includes network structure design,storage structure selection,and various collection interface designs.In addition,an alarm operation event monitoring system is implemented,which acquires data from the acquisition platform and performs statistical classification and display of the data.Secondly,from the perspective of the liquid level control of common unit distillation columns in refining,the common liquid level control strategies,control algorithms,and PID tuning methods are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of cascade control and triple impulse control are analyzed.A controller parameter tuning method for predicting disturbances and theoretical analysis of the rationality of the method.The method was simulated and verified with Matlab and compared with the IMC-PID tuning method.The simulation and comparison prove that the method is more practical and can quickly obtain the parameters of the liquid level controller and obtain good control results.Finally,the detailed process of parameter optimization of the control loop with problems using the alarm operation event monitoring system and the level controller tuning method based on disturbance estimated is described,and the application effect display is given.
