Automated coiler control system is the key factor for the high speed continuous annealing production lines to keep the production with a high quality and ensure the yield of the production lines at the same time.During the production process of Shougang Jingtang iron&steel co.,ltd No.2230 continuous annealing production line coil system,some problems like the tension variations of coil,the great deviation of the coil diameter calculation,coil collapse,and coil cross breaks were found.To solve these problems,a new kind of control system was studied and designed.Finally,optimized control method and program design can be applied to the actual production process.(1)To draw the analysis of the tension model and velocity model of the coiler control system.At the beginning of this dissertation,the production process and the equipment of continuous annealing line were introduced,the coiler control system was analyzed after that.To In order to realize the tension control of coiler,the ACR current loop optimization are put forward in this dissertation,and the optimization was turn to a significant results.(2)To deal with the problem of volume calculation deviation.The volume calculation method and the process of the calculation were analyzed.From the perspective of the deviation value,the dissertation proposed a method of calculating the correction value of the winding diameter.On the other hand,the dissertation analyzes the force of the steel plate during the winding process of steel plate,and proposes a hard core coiling mode to solve the collapse problem.(3)By analyzed the causes of the transversal defects of the winder,this dissertation proposes the use of a rubber sleeve with a soft zone to replace the original rigid sleeve.In this dissertation,the method of realizing the soft zone of the head of the coiler was realized.At the same time sleeve rotation angle was calculated by matching the linear velocity to the coiler speed,toachieve the positioning of the coiler soft area.Based on the system architecture design,the hardware platform and software platform were designed in detail,and come up with a complete coiling control system transformation program.After the system is optimized,the amplitude of the tension fluctuation of the coiler is greatly reduced,coiler tension running stable and Roll volume and volume deviation reduced greatly.At the same time,the heading function of coiler was designed to reduce the number and length of lead defects.All of those improvement measures has make sure the continuous annealing line run stable and the quality of the production are improved greatly.
