| "Oil camellia drink" is a cultural issue that is common among many ethnic groups in the "crescent" zone on the southeastern edge of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau.Through combing the literature of relevant research,it was found that the previous research on camellia drinks mainly focused on the following aspects: first, using camellia drinks as a medium to carry out a comprehensive discussion of a single national culture;second, the acquisition, production and Consumption analysis,to explore the origin, etiquette and changes of the camellia diet culture;the third is to explore the functions of camellia drinks in social, cultural and economic aspects,as well as a comparative analysis of the processing of camellia drinks among different ethnic groups.Regrettably, the related research did not carry out an in-depth discussion on why factors such as cooking methods of camellia drinks of various nationalities will converge, that is,explain that the camellia drinks are not the cultural patent of a single nation;nor do they explain the special history of camellia drinks In-depth research on the process and the relationship with the ecological environment.Regarding this issue, based on the definition of Camellia drinks, the author tries to sort out its spatial distribution characteristics and explore the reasons for its cross-cultural distribution in the low mountain and hilly region on the southeastern edge of the Yungui Plateau. The thesis takes the Dong people’s dietary habits of camellia tea drinks as the main clue, and selects Long’e Township,Liping County,Guizhou Province as the main field point to investigate and study the above problems. This is because local Dong villagers eat camellia three meals a day,eat camellia with solar energy year-round,eat camellia interpersonally, and camellia drinks are regarded as "treasures" in the local area, and have a very strong camellia diet custom, which is in line with research The definition of camellia drinks in China.Through the participation observation and depth interview of ethnology, the analysis of the paper on Camellia Beverages in Long’e Township found that,on the one hand,Camellia Beverages as a daily diet in a specific area revealed the trivial production in traditional communities and passed on the community relationship. At the same time, the catering sequence and configuration of camellia drinks reflect the remnants of nomadic culture. In addition, its rich food composition is closely related to its ecological environment;on the other hand, the Miao,Yao,Zhuang,Tujia,Mulao and other ethnic groups in Guangxi and Hunan, which are close to Long’e Township, also have similar oil tea beverage eating habits In the "crescent" zone on the southeast edge of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,a cross-ethnic and cross-cultural camellia beverage cultural circle was formed. The paper believes that in this cross-ethnic and cross-cultural sharing of camellia drinks, the relevant ethnic groups have all undergone the basic process of transition from nomadic society to fixed farming. In order to better understand the residues of nomadic culture in camellia tea drinks, this study combed the development process of nomadic culture in ancient China in the southern mountains. It is believed that in traditional communities, the related ethnic groups with the development of agricultural culture, due to the natural environment With the impact of the ecological environment, moving towards fixed farming is not thorough. At the same time, the southeastern edge of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau is located in the evergreen broad-leaved forest zone, which belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate. The biodiversity is prominent, and the resources available for food are extremely large. To a large extent,it determines the diet culture characteristics of various ethnic groups. Therefore, the camellia beverage can be regarded as a special historical process in which the relevant ethnic groups should deal with similar natural and ecological environments and form a cross-cultural sharing phenomenon.Based on the ethnographic description of Dong ethnicity’s Camellia drink in Long’e Township,Liping County,Guizhou Province, the cultural and ecological structure of the Dong ethnic group was analyzed, with a view to showing the close interaction between the national culture and the natural ecology through case studies, indicating that Camellia drink is related to the nature and ecology of the ethnic group The environment has dynamic adaptability and creative cultural facts, and then reveals the benign relationship between human social life and the use of natural resources. It has certain academic value and social significance. |
