In recent years,with the rapid economic growth and the development of various social undertakings,the thriving development of the tertiary industry,especially the catering industry,has become an important part of the urban economy,and has played an active role in prospering the economy and improving the people's material level..However,due to the problems of improper site selection,improper operation of the fume purification facilities,inadequate supervision,and lack of linkage enforcement mechanisms in the management of cooking fume in the catering industry,the pollution of cooking fume has become a high-frequency problem for residents to complain.The tension between neighboring households causes social instability,environmental pollution,public health,and is not conducive to promoting urban ecological civilization.To solve the problem of cooking fume pollution in the catering industry,a breakthrough should be placed on the current status of cooking fume pollution in the catering industry,based on a comprehensive and multi-angle view of the differences and governance of the cooking fume pollution in various regions of China,and then combined with various provinces,cities,and regional economies The status quo of development is managed in a targeted manner in the form of classification.In the first step,we must thoroughly understand and grasp the provisions of China's relevant laws related to oil smoke pollution,and at the same time,in theactual management process,follow the above laws to implement them thoroughly.The second step is to analyze the legislative status of the prevention and control of oil smoke pollution in China's catering industry,and explore the existing problems from the perspective of the legislative system,supervision and management system,related basic legal systems,and legal responsibilities in legislation.The third step is to propose solutions to the problems existing in the prevention and control of oil smoke pollution in the catering industry.First,the state can sum up the practical experience of various regions and issue special regulations to improve the social management mechanism.Second,revise the existing emission standards for oil smoke pollution.At the same time,various regions should also actively carry out legislative practice to curb oil smoke pollution.Finally,in the specific legislative content recommendations,it is necessary to establish an efficient monitoring mechanism for catering industry fume pollution,improve the basic legal system,clarify the legal responsibilities of the catering industry fume pollution,and expand the remedy channels for the catering industry fume pollution.
