With the continuous development of the economy,the demand for electricity in all walks of life is also growing.In order to meet the power supply,the power grid is also expanding.In the process of power grid expansion and power equipment maintenance,in order to ensure the lifeline of the enterprise-safe production,appropriate and suff-icient power safety tools and instruments must be equipped.Efficient management of electric power safety tools and instruments is one of the important basic measures to ensure the safety of people,power grid and equipment in construction activitiesWith the increase of the number and types of safety tools and instruments and the increase of the frequency of use,the original manual management mode has been unable to meet the existing management requirements of safety tools and instruments.The original relevant records are filled in manually,which is not only time-consuming and error prone,but also frequent problems such as unscheduled tests,failure to scrap on time,management loopholes,etc.,which cause many uncertain factors on the job site and even seriously threaten the personal safety of operators.Therefore,with more advanced and efficient management tools to manage safety tools and instaments is the future development trend,and safety tools and instruments management systemInfinite frequency radio(RFID)is a mature non-contact identification technology,which has been widely used in many fields,such as access control system,food traceability,logistics management,because of its selectivity,high cost performance,convenience,practicality,stability and reliability.In Shaoguan power supply system,the application of RFID technology to carry out intelligent safety tools management is still a blankIn this paper,the management process of safety tools in the distribution network of Shixing Power Supply Bureau of Shaoguan is briefly described,and the existing problems are analyzed.Based on the actual work,the role of the system participants is designed.Use the unified modeling tool to analyze the functional requirements of each link in the life cycle of the safety tool management system,and draw the system functional use case diagram Through the management scheme design,the system architecture design and functional structure design are described respectively,the software design is carried out,and the hardware equipment is selected and determined.Finally,the safety tools management system of Shixing power supply bureau is used to demonstrate the management process and the application effect of the system.The validity of the research is verified.Through data statistics and comparative analysis,it shows the important role of improving efficiency and management after using the system to manage safety tools.Through the research and application of RFID based safety tool management system,the intelligent management of safety tools and instruments for distribution network of Shixing Bureau has been realized,and it significantly improves the work efficiency.Through the research and application of RFID based safety tool management system,it makes up the management gap and reduces the incidence of problems,it further strengthened the safety foundation management of Shixing Power Supply Bureau,and provided strong support and guarantee for the next step to achieve intrinsic safety.
