As one of the important pillar industries of China's national economy,the amount of industrial investment and development has gradually increased in recent years,but it is one of the high-risk industries with frequent accidents,second only to mining.Frequent safety accidents not only cause huge economic losses,but also cause social harmony and stability and broken families.Although the social from all walks of life to building high operation safety management very seriously,but the current is still relatively backward management means and method,mainly from the construction safety inspection before and after the accident emergency handling,traditional way of safety management is no longer suitable for the rapid development of construction industry,high-speed development in the information age today,high building operation safety management and also is an urgent need to keep up with the pace of the information age,need to use the method of informatization construction safety management.In recent years,BIM building information model technology has been popular in the construction industry and related practitioners in China.Its emergence has changed the traditional construction business model,digitized the building model,and driven industrial innovation and development.RFID technology belong to the category of Internet of things,has been widely used in all aspects of social life,because it has a quick read information,automatic storage,quick operation,the advantages of cheap,in the medical and health care,entrance guard management,supply chain logistics management,inventory management,marathon record,and many other fields widely used,has made huge gains.In the field of architecture,it is mainly used for recording and tracking of building components,tracking of materials,warehouse management and so on.This paper firstly analyzes the safety accidents of housing construction municipal engineering production in China in the past five years,and analyzes the types of accidents.It is concluded that China's construction safety accidents mainly occur in high-level operation and fall,which exists in the construction of high-rise buildings in China.The security problem was analyzed,which was attributed to the human security awareness problem and the management problem of the enterprise.It pointed out the shortcomings of the traditional management methods and analyzed the technical and applicability of the feasibility of applying BIM and RFID technology to the site management.On the basis of functional requirements analysis,construction mechanism analysis and data demand analysis,the operation module flow of BIM and RFID systems based on safety rules is constructed,and the real-time positioning of personnel in dangerous areas such as borders and openings in high places should be established.Track and visualize the monitoring model to reduce the possibility of security incidents.Developed in C#-based language,systematically developed the secondary development technology involved in the system.Finally,through a specific engineering case,the operating process of the system is explained.In this paper,BIM and RFID technology are applied to the safety management research of high-rise construction,which not only helps to improve the safety management level of construction projects,but also can prevent and warn construction safety accidents and reduce the project.The possibility of on-site safety accidents also provides new ideas and solutions for the safety management of construction projects,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
